When we first arrived at the hotel, we were ready to leave right away! Our guide - Yulia left us to check in alone! To begin with, we filled out questionnaires and ate, and then we were given rooms. Before us, two Russian families received numbers and returned to the lobby with a Russian obscenity and scandalized. An Arab approached them, who apparently spoke Russian. It ended up that some were asked to wait until tomorrow, while others simply left this hotel with a scandal! Our turn has come. Our room was not cleaned, the bed was not changed, and the door to the room was open! No one speaks Russian at the reception, so I tried to explain to them that the room was not cleaned in German. Of course, I speak German far from perfect, but I think I explained everything clearly, but the problem is that they simply, in my opinion, didn’t want to understand anything. We were approached by the same Arab who speaks Russian. His name is Kimo and he is an entertainer at the hotel. He tried to explain in Arabic what the problem was, but they apparently did not take him into account either. About five times they told us for sure that everything would be removed, and together with Kimo I went up and down again. Nothing was cleaned in the room, and Kimo, entering the uncleaned room, only said "Kick-Ass". In general, no one takes into account the animators at the reception, as I understand it! The room was still removed for us when we threw a scandal and called the owner of the hotel! In general, we were settled, I’m not lying, 4 hours! The view of the construction site did not suit us either, so a few days later they changed it for us, there was a view of the pool, but in this room the air conditioner did not work well. The room itself is good! They clean it normally, but the bed was never changed for us, they just made it up! The food is ok in the restaurant. I won’t say that it’s super, but good!
Now, the best thing about this hotel is animation! Honestly, the animators guys are all just super! Responsive, funny and even if they don’t know Russian, they try to understand you! By the time we arrived, no one spoke Russian, only Kimo, but after a few days everyone began to speak Russian a little bit, as many Russians arrived! In addition, now our Russian girl works there as an animator and now there is Russian animation! The shows were all incomparable. Kimo is delightful in water aerobics, all the animators are very plastic and dance well! Not at all annoying! Kimo and I became friends there most of all, since he speaks Russian quite well, however, he can’t read Russian! He also knows English and French! Kimo cannot talk without jokes even when he sat down with us at breakfast or dinner, that is, it was impossible without laughter. He himself ate very little, apparently no one from the animatoro eats much, since the figure needs to be maintained!
We were treated well. A bus with Poles left in front of our bus and 20 animators came out to see them off to the music. After 15 minutes, our bus came too - we were escorted only by three animators: Farash, Kimo and another one, I don’t remember his name! They helped us drag our bags and under they waved music to us until the bus completely disappeared! In a word, just because of one animation it’s worth going there! the hotel is located very well, it is also decorated normally, the sea is good, the animation is super, sunbeds should be taken by the pool, preferably from 12 o'clock at night, by the morning there are no free ones! Everything is fine, but only at the reception I won’t say anything! If you immediately check in well, then there will be no more problems! Otherwise, everything is great! And I will say that I remember and liked the rest, despite such a gorgeous meeting! I went, but I think that in 2 years, as there is still a renovation going on and there is still hope that people will change at the reception!
