I'll start the review with the fact that my husband and I are resting abroad not for the first time. We always re-read reviews to be ready for all the "charms", are not demanding and always try to justify some shortcomings. We went to Tunisia for the first time and probably will not return there soon. We arrived in the evening and, as usual, put money into the passport, which they removed from there, without even looking at the name of the tourist, and settled in a barn (I'm not exaggerating). The song is familiar: they say there are no good numbers, come tomorrow. They came tomorrow, the shift changed and, accordingly, there were no rooms, come again tomorrow. I threw a tantrum and maybe my pregnancy helped, they found a room overlooking the sea and the pool. And now briefly about the rest. The beach is normal, the territory is also nothing, the sea is hotter, but the presence of jellyfish was very annoying. Tourists did not swim, but looked for jellyfish in the sea. The staff is rude as hell. And the comrades from the reception are just goats who, when exchanging money, constantly did not add a change, and when they were reprimanded, they threw money right in the face. Sorry, I haven't seen this anywhere. The food is normal, we didn’t go hungry, although when compared with Egypt, then none. We went on a tour and then the guide solidified his opinion about the Tunisians. Were in Carthage and in Tunisia. No info at all. I just brought it to the capital and let it go for a walk for 2 hours, who didn’t have time to catch the bus, then catch up with a taxi. In Carthage, too, almost no information was heard.
Conclusion: if you are young people who are looking for adventures with black animators, couples with small children, then you are here. If you are for service, then forget the way here. There are good hotels in Tunisia, but they cost the kind of money for which you can have a normal rest in the Dominican Republic.
