We flew from Kazan, took a ticket in Larcon, through HeliTour, met Pegasus. Described as a good hotel.

The buses themselves are ancient, shabby... but they drive and the air conditioner works.

Sea - good score, gentle entrance, sand, sunbeds with mattresses for free (own towels), self-made umbrellas, straw; the beach is cleaned of large debris, small rakes are raked into the water; the water is mostly always clean, two times unnatural garbage was applied to the water, since, apparently, six or seven dry cargo ships were “parked” on the horizon on the roadstead, garbage was probably dumped from them; there is algae near the shore, two or three meters further clean. From entertaining on the beach-banana, pills, catamaran, parachute. In the photo of all travel agencies, the coastline is not correctly indicated, in fact, the beach strip is twice as narrow.
The territory of the hotel is good. Awesome pools, a large water park with a bunch of slides. Many people, including children, get injured, I saw quite serious two times young children with good head cuts (most likely, there were stitches), two adults with broken arms (forearms), pulled a back muscle myself, so watch the children themselves, the staff - young Arabs, they don't give a damn about everything.
Rooms - met exactly what we expected: Arabic service (same as in an Egyptian five star hotel). The room is cleaned according to the “so-so” principle, they left 1 dinar for tea, then they stopped (why, I will describe later). The number itself is like a regular number.
Dining room: the common dining room is dirty, dirty tables, dirty waiters, dirty dishes. Therefore, we went to the so-called “Italian restaurant” on the basement floor of the main building (for some reason everyone is bursting into a common dining room), in the “Italian restaurant” there is the same buffet, the choice is slightly less, but cleaner and there is a conder.

Near the pool, from a sun lounger, they stole a towel, most likely confused by mistake, but oh well, the damage amounted to 300 rubles...
Well, the most disgusting thing: 200 dollars were stolen from the safe in the room. From the safe! Therefore, money poke anywhere, but not in a safe. The showdown did not lead to anything, everyone doesn’t give a damn, and it’s unproven. Most likely, a mutual guarantee works - the reception gives information about who books the safe, who changes how many bucks, the safe, one hell, has a universal code, and the room service steals. And they didn’t take everything, but only 200, so that the client would not immediately notice.
