It all started well, we arrived in the morning, had time to go to breakfast and were waiting for check-in. We were moved into the second (old) building on the 1st floor. My husband and I’s room was dirty, it stank of dampness, mold (most likely they were drowned, 1st floor), there were wires of unknown origin hanging in the wall, the toilet lid was broken and was lying in different places, the furniture was old, the room in which even You can't stay one night. It was similar in my friends’ room, only there was no light yet. We returned to the reception and asked to be moved to more comfortable conditions. To which we were told that we had to wait and pay, and the girl went outside to the security to eat livers! The hotel asked for 10 euros per day for 1 room and promised a view of the sea and the main building. Then we waited a couple more hours and went to look at the rooms (paid and “free” that had been prepared for us).
We started with the “free” one, it was also located in the old building on the 4th floor. We came in, it was clean, usually, nothing special, you can live. My friends had the same thing; they agreed to stay in “free” rooms. And that seems to be all, you can exhale after the flight, but no, the fun begins. It was evening, we decided to go to our rooms and relax, so that the next day we could start a full rest, but that was not the case. My husband and I go to bed at 22:00 and generally fall asleep right away, we are exhausted after the flight, at 22:45, I wake up from some kind of allergic shock, run in the dark to look for an allergy pill, take a pill and go to the bathroom to examine my skin (everything itched). My face, namely my chin, was covered in blisters, swollen, swollen with large blisters! Arms, legs, back are all the same, I look at myself and don’t understand why? ! What could I eat, drink and get such a reaction!?
And then the thought comes to me, take a flashlight and go to the bed, and it turns out to be complete cruelty! Bedbugs!!!!! ! yes Bedbugs! ! They are everywhere, on the pillow, on the mattress, I start to wake up my husband in hysterics, shine a candle on him with a flashlight, and at his feet, hands, they are simply swarming there, there are many of them, there are a lot of them! We were simply devoured in just an hour of sleep, there are a million of them there, small and large, different!!!

Then the story is obvious, I went to the reception, told about BUGS, they shook their heads, saying this couldn’t be the case, I almost grabbed the employee’s hand to show the whole picture. They silently photographed the bed; there were traces of blood on the sheet, because each of these living creatures managed to bite us, and these bugs continued to run around the bed. We were silently moved to another room in the main building and we got it for the disabled. He turned out to be more dirty and unkempt. Then we spent 2 hours checking and shaking out all the things from these living creatures.
Our friends stayed to live in the old building, perhaps they were luckier, ants lived with them! It took us a long time to recover from this event; we really wanted to leave such a hotel. Now I’ll try to briefly talk about everything!
1. The hotel is a dump, dirty, old, stinks, especially when you go to the beach through an underground tunnel. (The hotel doesn’t know what it means to wash floors, glass, etc. )
2. Food: food is good, breakfast is normal, lunch is delicious, dinner is delicious, good variety.
3. The rooms are shabby, broken, old, I don’t recommend it.
4. Local alcohol, good beer
5. The beach is dirty, the entrance to the sea is good, the sun loungers, the mattress are ok, we still didn’t understand where they were supposed to give towels as a deposit
6. Snacks are normal, burger, fries, ketchup
7. There is no bar on the beach, the bar is located in this underground tunnel, two guys sit there and pour beer/soda/water, it smells terrible there, I feel sorry for the guys who sit in this stench all day, which gives them a headache and is also harmful to their health. etc.

8. The animation is Turkish, the music too. I can’t say anything in detail, we were only there once.
In general, from a vacation it’s to hotels plus one, good food. We didn't see any other advantages.
And finally, one more story that ruined our holiday. From the very first day we noticed the owner of this hotel. He was relaxing/working with his family, a group of about 10
man, they naturally had their own staff who did not leave their side, VIP tables, food, alcohol, etc. The boss allowed himself to constantly yell and scold the staff in front of all the vacationers, I don’t know what rules he told them, but the hotel didn’t hasn't changed.

And one more key story: on the 3-4th day they call us and ask us to come to the reception, they say that they are evicting us, all 4 of us. Allegedly we offended the boss! We had no direct contact with him, nor with the staff; no one approached us or made any comments.
They shook our nerves for 2 days, kept us on our suitcases and insisted on our eviction. My husband spoke to the manager, but they said we are adamant! The owner was offended and insists on eviction. And all because, an hour before the bar closes (23:00), they stop giving out drinks, namely 2 drinks per person. We all went together and took drinks, returning back to our table, my husband shouted One person - One vodka. Thus, allegedly offending the boss. (I don’t know how, the music was playing loudly, our company didn’t disturb anyone) We flew through Pegasus, they called me several times from the office and said if we could somehow resolve the conflict, I don’t know what kind of conflict) The owner apparently expected us We’ll come to apologize for something) Let me remind you that no one has ever apologized to us for KLOPOV. An employee from Pegasus told us that we offended our boss when we smoked a hookah and the smoke was coming at him)))) Then I told her about bedbugs and that we ourselves were not happy to be in this hotel, to which she said, this changes things
. After all, there were no comments or anything else, we didn’t cause moral or physical harm to anyone, the police weren’t called either, there were no violations. It just turns out that the hotel is for the owner, and not for tourists. Naturally, before the end of our “vacation” in this hotel, we caught sidelong glances from the staff. On the beach they stopped pouring two glasses of beer into one hand, we all walked together, at once) In general, this was the first time in my life in such a garbage dump, I don’t recommend it, I haven’t seen anything worse. Especially the boss's insults, where it looked like this:
Hotel: "They offended us, we are moving them out. "
Pegasus: "How they offended you, let's come to an agreement?! "
Hotel: "No, they offended us, we are adamant"

Pegasus: “Well, what did they do? Was the violation recorded? Was there any direct contact or comments with them? Were the police called? ”
Hotel: "Take them!! ! They offended the boss! "
Pegasus: “Okay, we’re recalculating the payment, there is no violation, return the money and we’ll move them to another hotel! ”
Hotel: silence....
I think they left us at the hotel until the end of the holiday because they could not recalculate the cache for our relocation.
At one point we were even glad that they would move us, I repeat, we have never seen a worse dump!
