We waited a long time for a vacation with my wife and little son, and on the cherished September 8, we flew to Antalya, got to the hotel, but alas, it was spoiled for us from the very beginning. It all started from the moment we checked into the Mesut Hotel, at the reception they first took our credit card, and then they said that there were no places and offered us to check into a hotel next door with the loud name Grand Atilla, can you imagine what a family with a baby in their arms can do , the baby is 1.5 years old. Once there, we were shocked for two nights with a baby, we lived in room number 111, the windows of which overlooked the evening disco performance of the hotel, which lasted until late at night. The child simply did not sleep. Two days spent in Atilla, the room was not cleaned, the smell of diapers and garbage just killed us, when asked to give us another room, the standard answer is: there are no available rooms. For lunch and dinner, queues to the dining room, as if people were eating their last meal. But, two days passed and we happily ran to the Mesut Hotel. At the reception we were asked to wait, as all the rooms are being cleaned. I asked to speed up the process, as we have a baby in our arms. A free room was found immediately. Hooray, here we are in the room, it is clean and bright after repair No. 55, finally we unpacked our suitcases, hung out our clothes. After a day of living, we realized that, in principle, Mesut was also not cleaned, we had to come up every evening and ask for cleaning. After talking with the hotel administrator: an aged woman sitting in a separate room at the reception desk promised us that all problems would be solved, and cleaning would take place until 12 o’clock, but alas, this turned out to be a pure lie. And two days before departure, they simply didn’t clean us up, we had to put the trash can out the door. We barely asked for clean towels in the evening at the reception, although both of us and my wife have free English. In the hotel restaurant, constantly dirty tables, until you show the waiters to the table, they do not even change the dirty napkins. The food is scarce, the choice is very small, mainly for the quantity they put 10 trays of cheese, sprinkled with multi-colored bitterness. High chair, dirty to such an extent, as if it had not been washed for 50 years, as many years as this terrible hotel. The day before the meal, the opportunity to endure this disgusting was no longer there and I went to talk with the administration. A certain man appeared, according to the behavior of the staff, I realized that he was the eldest, an agreement was reached that an individual transfer would take us to the airport the next morning. We shook hands and parted ways. . We ordered a transfer at 9 am, the order was confirmed for a while by a hotel employee who was at the reception on the eve of 09/14/2013, and she made a call to the transfer company with us, but as we were explained at MESUT, the driver arrived earlier at 8:20 in the morning and did not wait for us, these are already their internal overlays, but the fact that we stood at the reception with my wife and baby in our arms as early as 8:40 and asked if everything would be as we agreed, we were confirmed. At the appointed time, the transfer did not appear, the employee rudely showed us the door and said the transfer would not come, and we had to take a taxi. The hotel refused to pay for the taxi.
