We rested in Alara wanted (I am a husband and a child of 13 years old) from June 24 to July 8. The tour was bought in anex tour. There are no complaints about him. Everything was clear, no problems. Alara wanted to be chosen, buying into the rave reviews from tourists. It may have been good in previous years, but I will describe my impressions of this year. Well, first of all, Alara wanted to not pull not only on the declared 4 *, but also on 3 *.
Well, everything is in order.
When we arrived, Alara wanted and Alara old were less than half full, so we were given a room right away in the building. which is located opposite Alara Star near the reception. . Room number 4 on the last 4th floor. This building from the side of Alara Star has, as it were, two floors, and on the other side, four floors. On the lowest floor (they call it basement) there is no ventilation in the bathroom, as it rests against the rock and the entrance to the room from the street through the balcony. On the other floors, the ventilation window from the bathroom opens into the corridor, and the corridor is not inside the building. and on the street it is tiled, which heats up so much during the day that when you leave the room you find yourself in hell. The room itself is not bad, not that spacious, but it was not cramped either. Not dirty. The air conditioner worked well. The bed is comfortable. But a folding chair. as a third place for a child is not convenient.

Cleaned not bad, but sometimes they forgot to put a third towel or foot towel. Water was supplied - one bottle per person per day. THE BATHROOM ITSELF is not cramped, but the shower stall doors don't close tightly and it flows from all sides. No matter how carefully you wash yourself, an ankle-deep puddle turns out on the floor. So three times a day, after taking a shower, each member of the family had to collect water from the floor. Take a floor cloth with you.
Restaurant alara wanted not to work, everyone ate at the restaurant alara star. The food is terrible, there is practically no choice (Fig. Vermicelli. Potatoes). Salads - tomatoes with cucumbers, cucumbers with tomatoes, olives and a lot of different herbs. The same chicken and sometimes small pieces of meat with stewed vegetables (potatoes, carrots). Everything is not tasty.
The sweet table is absolutely terrible. Everything is the same and everything is not tasty.
Until July 1, the restaurant was quiet. After the first of July, the Turks had a week off due to the end of Ramadan, and the Russians began to come. These two hotels were filled to capacity, and the management of the hotels did not open a second restaurant, and here the horror began and not quiet, but just very noisy. There are no plates, no fork spoons, no time to clean the tables. I'm not saying that after everyone who ate, you need to change the tablecloth, put clean cutlery, even dirty dishes were not cleaned here. I had to find a vacant table, ask for 10 minutes to remove the dirty dishes. You have to go for the instruments yourself and try to have time to take them (just grab them). With so many people, the air conditioners couldn't cope. In the dining room (and this is not a restaurant, but a dining room) there is noise - the children of the Turks are yelling, the waiters are collecting dirty dishes from the tables with such noise and with such anger that their ears burst.
And so they didn’t get pleasure from this food, but in such an environment it was just a test. There is no smell of any kind of sanitation there. As a result, the child caught some kind of virus there with a temperature of under 39. They were treated at home. For all the years that we went on vacation to Turkey, Tunisia, Cyprus, Spain, etc. this is the first time that he got sick.

BEACH. The beach, which in the bay is lined with stone tiles. By 11 o'clock it is so hot that it is impossible to breathe there. The place where the sand is not big and there are mostly parents with small children. Since the 1st of July, many have been running to get better seats at 6 o'clock, or even earlier. The sea at this beach is not bad, there are no waves in any weather, you can swim at your pleasure. But at the entrance to the sea - dirt, some algae and something else, and all this is not removed. By the way, this beach has a shower and a very good dressing room near the shower, not at all hot.
The beach that is near the open sea is larger and there is sand and there are trees where you can hide in the shade, but it is located near a free public beach, which, in general, is not cleaned. Garbage and food leftovers rot in the sun and stink. And in July, the Turks set up tents there, so the neighborhood turned out to be not pleasant.
There was no animation in Alara Star. Peace and quiet.
TERRITORY. The territory seems to be green, somehow you don’t get pleasure from this greenery, because the greenery itself, and you somehow don’t use it. All the paths along which you walk are lined with stone tiles and you walk around the territory like on a hot frying pan. The only good path (although also lined with this tile) is the path to the beach in the bay.
The girls on the beach were annoying, who every day pestered with advertising leather things and with persuasion to go to the store.
I can’t say anything about the service staff, we didn’t contact them with any requests.
Would I go back to this hotel, probably not. In Turkey, there are many even three-star hotels that are much better.
