After use, you need to open the door to the room and ventilate through the room, otherwise the smell will stand forever (checked). Apparently the hotel management suffers from chronic constipation and hates those who have a chair more than once a week. They refused to relocate.
I rested with Tez Tour for the fifth time and sent relatives through them twice. This time the company is clearly not up to par. In June, relatives were settled in a hotel much worse than bought (there are no places, and this is when buying tickets in early March to mid-June) - after the scandal, the situation was leveled the next day. But the day of rest is lost and the mood is not the same. I also have a much worse vacation than I expected. Apparently the guides are aware of the presence of claims - for the first time, when leaving, they were not asked to fill out satisfied / dissatisfied questionnaires. And the description of the hotel is not all clear. In the description of the family room is three-room, a playground (which is not). But the manager Teza tried to explain to me that the toilet is also a room. I had to ask - if the description of the room is one-room - is the shower and other located between the beds? She was embarrassed, but could not help - there are no three-room suites in the hotel and she is very sorry that I can read and count. And I got a room clearly worse than described on the Tez Tour website and a bad mood.
