The safe was given on a deposit of 20 bucks and for a rent at the rate of 2 bucks per day, that is, a deposit upon departure, if you show the receipt it is returned, but of course the rent is not. For the sake of truth, I must say that at the end of the holiday, this money was very useful)))))) The remote control from the TV is also given on bail of 20 bucks. I wouldn’t say that the guys were violent or drunk like pigs, in short, after this picture I just wanted to get up and go back to Russia. In general, they correctly write here the hotel guide Shahin is a very unpleasant person, arrogant and immediately shouts that excursions are sold only when meeting with him, i. e. on the first or second day of your stay, apparently until people have time to come to their senses, but then like figs to you....Well, is this normal ???? ? I’ll look on the Internet where you can complain about him, otherwise the “junior assistant to the senior cleaner” completely relaxed there, damn it....
The rooms are really clean, comfortable, carpet on the floor, dim lights, dark curtains, you can sleep even during the day. The bathroom has a hair dryer, liquid soap, toilet paper and 3 towels (one for legs and two ordinary ones, short enough, not for the beach). The shower cabin looks like a regular bathroom, only with sliding doors. Our shower was leaking so there was water on the floor after every shower. Drinking water is not given in the room, they are not allowed to draw in coolers, so in order to brush your teeth and for other needs, you have to buy water for 1 bucks for 1.5 liters downstairs in a hotel shop, well, or in another place (it costs the same) . The balconies in the rooms are large, with a clothes dryer nailed to the wall. Look at the photos of the rooms in other reviews, everything looks the same. The TV in the room is old and at first 2 Russian channels worked: the first and RTR (although RTR is very quiet), and after 4 days only the first remained, which, as a rule, started working with interference in the evenings (the satellite picture hung like on a computer sometimes the sound is interrupted). Rooms are cleaned daily, bedding is changed every 2 days, towels are changed if you throw them on the floor. The minibar is empty (they said it was on purpose so that there would be no showdowns). The fridge in the minibar didn't work. The conder is central, the temperature can not be set, it will still blow as much as set on the control panel. Conder, by the way, is quite noisy....Although who cares....
The sea is awesome, just super !!!! ! Sand and warm clear water.... The entry into the sea is smooth. With my height of 166 cm, the water was up to my neck only after 50 meters!!! ! It is very convenient for those traveling with children. Attached a photo. It takes 2 minutes to go to the beach through an underground passage, and although there is not much space on the beach, there were enough sunbeds for everyone (there are about 50 of them). they are probably given, but also on bail... Although I didn’t see how they look at all: everyone was either with their own or bought a sheet for a hammam (it costs 2 bucks). There is no bar on the beach, there seems to be a toilet. The weather was cool + 30-35, at night around 23-26. They say the water was also 26 degrees, but I don’t know, I didn’t measure it, but it’s really warm..... Believe me, the little one, I understood what the velvet season is!!! ! There is also an amazing sunset on this beach! This needs to be removed....

There is nothing more. Shows are basically standard: Miss Hotel, karaoke, bingo (to get a prize you entertain people) + animators change clothes and show vulgar scenes (this is the most uninteresting)... But sometimes it’s so difficult to stir people up, therefore, in principle, their behavior is understandable... But animators are trying, it's noticeable. True, if children begin to watch their vulgarities, who were not taken away by tipsy parents after the children's show, then it becomes unpleasant. After 12.00 disco starts working next to the hotel and many people go there. It is a bit deserted, but around 02.00 it is quite possible to satisfy the desire to dance. Entrance is free, but drinks for money, well, everyone comes with the well-known Russian ingenuity: they get drunk in advance and go there)))))) You can also entertain yourself: table tennis, big tennis at your service. True, tennis rackets and balls are again given on bail of 20 bucks, for table tennis - for free.
There are 3 bars on site: at each of the pools and on the veranda. Pour: beer, vodka, crayfish, whiskey, wine (white, red) + cola, fanta, sprite. There is no ice cream. Milkshakes too. The most well-located pool bar, but the bartenders there are nasty: they pour badly at lunch and dinner, because. you can eat at the "garsun service" restaurant, and you can’t come and drink with a plate of fruit: they immediately send you to the canteen....From 14.00 to 15.00, hamburgers and french fries are prepared next to this bar....If it’s really bad for lunch food, you can eat there.

The hotel is located far from Alanya, it takes about 20 minutes by minibus (3 bucks), from the village of Avsallar on foot 30-40 minutes, i. e. really 3-4 km. There's a market there on Wednesdays and Sundays. . . You won't be able to shop in Incekum, it's just not where, on the right and left of the hotel there is wilderness.... but on the first line there are hotels. There is also sand in Avsallar, it’s better to rush there....
