We opened the season this year. I must say right away that this is not the first time in Turkey and there is something to compare with. The hotel is Russian-speaking. The hotel is located in the village of Avsalaar (20 km from Alanya), 1.5 hours from Antalya Airport. The hotel is Russian-speaking. The village is not bad, there are many shops, on Wednesdays there is a market (fruits, vegetables, clothes). Walk along the main street, to the very end, where it begins. (do not rush to go there in the morning, but rather after lunch (after 15-00), then they drop prices well.
Now about the hotel.
Pros:
1) a magnificent tangerine grove, which is located behind the buildings. Tangerines, grapefruits, oranges can be plucked from a tree and no one will tell you anything.
2) good territory of the hotel.
3) good waiters in the restaurant.
4) WI-FI in the room and at the reception.
That's all the pluses.
Cons, unfortunately more (but I hope this is due to the beginning of the season. . . )

1) The room (we lived in building 14, room 4303) is old, but everything was in order (many complained about numerous breakdowns, the toilet does not work, the soap dish is leaking, the shower is broken, there is no hot water, the TV is broken or there is no remote control (we were brought it) . We were 3 people (2 adults and 1 child) there were only two blankets, asked to bring another one, but they didn’t bring it... The view from the side room, partial to the park with the sea. To have a sea view, they said to pay extra for 10 dollars per day.
2) restaurant. Dishes are the same. problems with meat products.
Sweet ends quickly and there was not enough for everyone. I didn’t see the children’s menu. Particular attention was paid to cutlery - there weren’t enough of them (especially glasses, wine glasses, cups), and the dishes were not always clean. (So look when you take it)
3) Animation on 3.
4) In the pool, the water was at the same pace as the sea. When we were, the water was 18 degrees, the air was 28-35.
5) And finally, about the BEACH!! ! (if it can be called a beach))))) A thin strip of sand for one row of sun loungers. there, if you lie on the sand, they don’t say anything, but they scold you for the sun loungers.
Go to the wild beach (on the right side)
6) We went on a tour of Alanya (40 USD). The trip starts at 8-00 and until 12-00 you go shopping (at the same time, when ordering an excursion, no one tells you about it), then for 1 hour to the Alanya tower, 40 minutes to the cave, and 2 hours on a pirate schooner. to be honest, I VERY didn’t like the trip (sorry for the money spent). No guide, practically didn’t tell anything. So think well about the excursion.
The overall rating of the hotel is 3 points. unfortunately not 5 ((((((
