Went on vacation. Got Alara PARK 5 stars hotel. First coastal. a lot of greenery and a lot of positive advertising on the internet and from the operator. And what is really. . .
The hotel received a fifth star for the first coastline. So let's start with the beach. . .
The beach is two hundred meters long, two rows of sunbeds. Sand, pebbles. Artificial type reefs, made of concrete and pipes. If it's not the season, then there is enough space. If it's the season and there are a lot of Russians, then you can hang yourself....Rise at 6 in the morning to take a place under the sun.
A bar (although the advertisements say bars), there is actually only one bar. Because there is often no pourer in the beach bar, and drinks are limited, only beer, wine and cola with fanta).

Canteen, here called a restaurant. By the way, one too. As long as there were few people in the hotel, it was good, you can go to any distribution without a fight and hustle. Yes, and the quality of food was higher while the hotel was dominated by German citizens.
Room cleaning was not very good. Yes, every day. But in my opinion, not as it should be in a five-star. Yes, and there were no gels and soaps there, everything was in a single barrel on the wall in the shower. Somewhat Soviet. . .
For the first 3-5 days, many Germans lived, fabulous people, quiet, calm. And when the Ukrainians, Russians, Belarusians arrived, lawlessness began. Hustle in the dining room, plastic cups in the bar.
The attitude of the staff deteriorated immediately. Elevators often break down, lights turn off very often.
Laundry didn't work.
The room burned down from power surges (TV exploded).

Animators, I liked the fact that they did not particularly pester. But they have a day off on Sundays, which is ridiculous =)))
And on the last day I got food poisoning. As it turned out, there were a few more people.

This is such a "five-star" hotel. I think it's the usual three.

So, I strongly do not recommend going to this hotel, although I think to the entire ALARA chain.
