We booked the Rubi 5 * hotel in advance, we were deceived that they said that the hotel was working. They paid attention to the Utopia Resort & Residences hotel earlier Alara Park, but after looking at the reviews about the hotel’s territory earlier and its location, they didn’t take a ticket to it, but turned to an old proven hotel on the best coast. Three days before departure, we still changed the hotel to Utopia Resort. The rooms were in the Residence building on the very first line to the sea, for which many thanks for taking into account that in Ruby we had rooms in a more expensive building on the sea. The rooms are excellent, after renovation, the new furniture is completely non-functional, not a single drawer for small things, all things will be lying on top of all the tables. The balcony is huge, the sea view is normal, there is a lot of vegetation on the territory, there is a very thinned, but well-groomed orange garden.
There are three types of water in the fridge in the room, Tuborg beer, chips, salty sticks, replenished every day, a kettle, tea and coffee sticks. Upon arrival, a plate of fruit (strawberries, kiwi, banana, two apples.

In the room slippers, shampoo, shower gel, body lotion, toothbrush, toothpaste, and little things. Naturally shampoos and lotions of disgusting quality. The second door of the shower door is already broken and all the water is pouring onto the floor. Well, everything is beautiful, more or less clean, the towels are clean and soft. Drinks are widely represented. Champagne, red wine, Baileys, brandy, a lot of whiskey, packaged juices, squeezed orange juice in the morning, ice cream is free, but the cakes are cooked slowly and we didn’t get it, apparently this woman is sitting there for the entourage. There is a snack bar, there is a standard serving and assortment. Food: The huge restaurant looks like a canteen. There are a lot of people, it is almost impossible to find a place at any time, neither at the beginning of the meal, nor at the end.
The food is modest for an Ultra. There are few stewed vegetables, no eggplants (and this is my favorite food). Thank God it didn’t come to noodles, but I ate powdered potatoes a couple of times, and this is an extreme case for me. Vegetables would be better. Everything is somehow prepared without frills, simply and not interesting. Twice there was sushi with overcooked rice, twice stuffed peppers and zucchini with raw undercooked rice. The fish on the grill was trout and some perch, nothing. grilled fish. Grilled liver once. Very tasty tuna pieces on the grill-fatty. the rest is nothing. Some pieces of meat with gravy. Puts down a spoonful of meat and a bunch of gravy. But you won't lose any weight. very tasty watermelons, sour strawberries, horror, was twice. The waiters were fed with tips, but with so many people they couldn’t cope, they wouldn’t take a seat or bring drinks on time. Just break.

But the worst part of the hotel is the beach.

For 10 days of rest, I managed to lie down on the shore only twice for two hours. Once my husband ran at 5 in the morning and took the towel to the sunbed, and they came at 7 in the morning and on our seats and towels there was some kind of mug under 130 kg. The hotel itself has set sunbeds all over the territory on the lawns, and there were no places on the lawns. Once I just lay down on other people's things and calmly lay there for two hours, with the thought that when the owner of the things came, I would simply leave. But no one ever came. A beach with not perfect sand, not at all like in the neighboring bay, there are prickly pebbles under your feet, and large boulders in the sea, which are not visible, but when swimming you can hit your foot or stomach painfully. The hotel has 370 rooms, the hotel is full, you feel like in an anthill and this is during a pandemic. No one wears masks except the staff. My husband and I wore masks when we stood in lines for food, and they are considerable there. I have never had to stand in line anywhere like at this hotel.
Staff without gloves on the distribution of food, something strange.

Last year, at the hotel in the nearby bay, everyone was wearing gloves. It seems that the cook there is some kind of non-professional and the workers are slow, some kind of random people. Yes, with so many rooms, and if you think that in each room there are at least two people, then this hotel is not designed for 700 people, neither the territory, nor the beach, nor the restaurant. The saddest thing is the beach, on which there are 30 sunbeds and two pontoons of 15 sunbeds each, the rest are welcome on the grass, but where do you say leave your mobile phone when your things are out of sight, when you go to sea? . There is no internet or wifi in the rooms. Good internet on the territory and the beach of the hotel, it is still possible on the balcony, depending on where the building is. Prices for vouchers jump all the time, then to a minimum, then to a maximum. You need to catch the price and it can differ by plus or minus $ 300.
THE HOTEL IS MANY NOISY BIG COMPANIES THAT drink and walk until 3 am, children also run at night. Singing songs, yelling. You can walk to the village of Avsalar, but for the elderly and people with leg problems and in the heat it is not very convenient. You can drive up, the taxi officially wants 8 c. u. e. , and by agreement you go for 5 c. u. e . . Minibus from 4 lire (half a dollar) to 1 euro. Well, this is for the elderly. Young and light will reach and so. We just rested in Avsalar itself in the center and we didn’t have such problems, but here it’s already far and uncomfortable. There is absolutely no animation in the hotel. Well, in general, not a single belly dance or some visiting acrobats. There is a nursery. No Turkish nights. In general, one continuous drink in the evenings and boredom, and in the morning fight for places on the beach. Dismiss me, no more foot there.
