We stayed at this hotel from June 23 to July 3.20th time in Turkey. We love this country very much and like to rest there. This is the first hotel that impressed me so hard, although we are generally quite positive to ourselves and do not pay attention to the little things that annoy others.
They settled us quickly enough in the farthest building, in room 5404, in which we lived for 4 days and which was never cleaned. Piles of empty bottles on the floor, no one has ever strained. After checking in, I had to wipe the bedside tables, as they were doused with something sweet. The shower door was broken and water was leaking onto the floor towards the toilet. The front door was skewed and closed very poorly and there was such a huge gap, well, like in a village shed, that at night all the light from the corridor penetrated the room and the noise naturally too. About the carpet with huge stains, I generally keep quiet. The worst thing is that the plafonds in the elevators, all the walls - the entrance to the elevator in this building are carved with petroglyphs and it seems that you are anywhere, but not a 5 * hotel (photo attached)
On the fifth day after the complaints, we were moved to a building next to the sea. The room there, of course, is larger in size and cleaning was carried out in it (already 2 times! ), But the balcony did not close, they called, they repaired it, it did not close, in the bathroom the handle was broken off by the tap, although it was replaced . . so the panel with buttons for toilet flush! Tin!
I really "liked" to relax in the lobby hall, when the hospitable hosts turn off the air conditioner to save money, apparently, but don't shoot at the pianist! He (a) plays as best he can, Thank her!
