Asked when checking in for a room nearby. everyone was settled without question within an hour in the third building (near the main entrance). the rooms are spacious, the decoration is very simple, far from new, the carpet is quite dead. towels came across with stains, gray. in one of our rooms on the 4th floor, during a thunderstorm, the ceiling leaked, so pay attention to the ceiling when you check in. water 1 l. The bar is placed only upon check-in. there are many boilers with water on the territory, but it tastes terrible. All problems at the reception were solved instantly. almost all the staff speaks Russian. are treated kindly. Russians, Ukrainians, Poles rest in the main building. there are some Germans. The beach of the hotel is very small, but you can find a place. and the beach and the entrance to the sea - sand and very small pebbles: ideal for children, but stones begin in the sea at a depth of about a meter. the water was often cloudy, especially on windy days. behind the pine grove there is an excellent pebble beach, where the water was always clean. good food, varied. which is nice - most of the dishes are not spicy, suitable for children. There are not enough dishes, sometimes you had to wait until they take it out. few waiters, clean slowly. about the service at the table and do not dream. at the beginning there were queues for food, but as it turned out later - this is just a consequence of our national peculiarity - to create a stir everywhere. as soon as the bulk of Russian vacationers were replaced by Poles and Germans, the queues disappeared. drinks - ultra all inclusive - full of all sorts of different ones, including baileys and martinis. liked the animation. animators are trying very hard to stir up the people. the main animator is really a very peculiar type, but I liked him. I did not like the organization of work in the children's club. we brought the children (6-10 years old) and went to the hammam, and on our return we found them in the pool. they got bored and left the club themselves, i. e. apparently there is no control over the children there. excursions were taken from the tour. Liked only pirate yacht. it is better to go to alanya by yourself or with a street agency. the orange grove, which is presented as the advantage of this hotel, is not suitable for walking. This is an ordinary garden with plowed land. oranges are served in the restaurant. looks ugly, tastes great. in general, you can go to this hotel, but it's still not a "five"
