Прекрасный отель Lovely hotel

We had a family vacation in August with a child of 5 years old, we liked everything very much, starting from the hotel and ending with the attitude of the staff. I don’t understand the reviews when they write that everything is bad, then go to a 5-star hotel and, accordingly, not for such a price, and it’s not a fact that it will be better there, having visited many places I know this !! ! The hotel is good, clean, everything is constantly cleaned both the territory and the rooms, the cleaning was every day, everything is clean, the beds were changed constantly and without any extra charge !!!! ! The staff is polite, always helped when you ask, the Internet does not work well, but on the ground floor and at the pool, and as we later found on the balcony of our room (on the 5th floor), it worked well. It’s also good on the slides, no fuss, the children even climbed without us. The food was also tasty and varied, there is enough food for children. The beach is normal, but there are stones in the sea, but we bought slippers and entered normally, you don’t stand in the sea but swim, so the discomfort was felt only at the entrance. I really liked that the sunbeds are not near the shore itself, but a little further away, and as the staff explained, the territory that is near the shore is the city, so it is sometimes not cleaned, on the territory where the sunbeds are clean. In general, I want to say that I liked the hotel, a family-type hotel, the children always had a company, everything is clean, comfortable, everything is fine.
