Bought 5*. We lived in 3 *. I and two children were settled in a room 2 + 1. Two single beds + mattress on wheels put together, no more room! Towels, toiletries, mini bar for two! Demanded, received a towel and a bottle of mineral water. 3 times there was no water (in the morning for an excursion)! There was no light in the shower for 2 days (this is not a shower, but a student hostel). 2 times people got stuck in the elevator. Flatbread by the pool first for the resting Turks, then who will have time. A dead fly on the dressing table showed that the dust was not wiped even once. also not touched. And a lot of other little things. Sea, beach, food in a 5 * restaurant, SPA, leather shop, everything across the road is excellent. But Annex!! ! What money for? Think again if you are going there!
