I can’t understand how it was possible for mentally healthy people to write so much nasty things about this hotel, call it a hangout, etc. I went to Alanya 8 times, to be honest, with apprehension, at first I chose a hotel, then I read the reviews... But thank God there are a lot of sick people in our country who either enjoy spouting this negativity, or they were raised in gilded palaces . . In a word - comrades, do not believe all this nonsense written earlier, go with joy and share your impressions with subsequent tourists in order to clear the glorious name of Safran.
We arrived early in the morning and were ready to wait until 14.00. Nothing like that, Ramadan from the reception instantly issued us a family number (although the voucher is standard), took us to the 3rd floor and my daughter and I had a spacious apartment of 2 rooms, overlooking the street, where the musician sings so wonderfully across the road in Natalie's cafe. Every evening I fell asleep to his songs. Mulla heard only once, got used to it and did not wake up. Everything is in order in the room, yes, the furniture is not new but not broken either, very clean, cleaning and change of towels every day, linen is also quite often, changed almost every day. The water is hot all the time. No one gave any vodka to the reception, the guys are just smart, very polite, they try to help in any matter, and all the people were pleased with both the rooms and the service. We met people who had already come to this hotel for the third time, and to be honest, for the first time I had a desire to repeat it, because before that I changed hotels every time. Special thanks to the restaurant staff. It's fantastic. A lot of meat and different things, a lot of pastries and different things all the time, incredibly delicious cakes, fruits, strawberries !!!! . Vegetables stuffed with meat, various casseroles, omelettes in the morning - God, how can we live without all this now !! ! The waiters and bartenders just became good friends, as they love children !!! ! There are a lot of them in the hotel! Because there is adequate food for them. Drinks were also of high quality, never had a headache. The pool is huge and always in the sun, warmed up quickly. The slide is killer, who has expensive swimwear, take care, we rode on the very first day, tore our swimming trunks. We have the sea with paid sunbeds, but we did not use them. There was no particular heat, they lay on the shore, since the sand and the entrance are excellent. And last but not least, the animation! Thanks to the team for not letting anyone get bored! You guys are just super cool!! ! About excursions. A couple is sitting next to the Krysantem hotel - Russian Natasha and her husband Leo. Right at the bus stop.
