It was our (me, husband and 4 year old daughter) first trip abroad. When purchasing a ticket to a five-star hotel, we counted on all the best that would correspond to this level. The hotel room was not the best impression. Our plane was delayed for 15 hours, that is, we were supposed to arrive at the hotel on June 5 at 9 am, and arrived on June 6 at 1 am. And with the realization that out of eight days - one was lost, and no one will compensate us morally or financially - we crawl (from fatigue - almost a day on the road) to the room... Broken door to the bathroom, crumbling plaster, broken ceiling in the bathroom , a broken floor lamp, and the carpet in the whole room is stained with some kind of stains - is this a five-star hotel room ?? ? They refused to change our number. By the way, on the third day of our stay, the hotel was disinfected, after which several Turkish cockroaches appeared in the room…
But in fairness, it must be said that there was a single (albeit unpleasant) drawback. Entertainment and food are excellent. I really liked the animators: Hakan, Johnny, Christina and Lena. They have a very good animation program, including for children. The food is very varied and interesting. Drinks (beer, vodka, wine, cola, except for the so-called juices) in my opinion are no different from ours.
Although the beach is small, but whenever you come, you can always find free sun loungers. The beach is clean, the water is clear, clean.
The hotel area is large, green, there is where to walk, hide from the sun.
In general, except for the room, we liked everything, but the second time we will not go to this hotel…
