There was no light in the corridor of the 2nd floor, dirt on the floor right at the door, wires sticking out of the ceiling. Someone in the room did not have sockets, bed linen... So we were still lucky ???? . The next day, after the scandals, everyone was moved to normal rooms. We just don't have a hanger bar in the closet. For 6 days of rest, they didn’t limit her... Although they said 100 times, a man came to measure something, left... Now they say they don’t understand Russian . . ??? ? Even funny. Cleaning in the rooms is terrible, as they say, they only squeal with a rag along the aisles. They don’t wash anything in the bathroom, they take away dirty towels, they don’t give new ones, they don’t report toilet paper themselves, I myself found a room where paper and other means are, and took it to my room. Some bought in the store. . . So there are no stars here. . 5* hotel was given a long time ago, when it was purely for the Turks. Women were relaxing on the roof by the pool (now it is closed). The men are down by the pool. This pool is the only working one with three slides. For children, the pool is not a working fountain, but it may be so conceived.
On the beach passage under the highway through the tunnel. The beach is pebbly, there is some sand. The entrance to the sea is bad, go into the special. shoes or along the ladder from the pier. They cut watermelons??? ? by the pool. . . But a lot of unripe ones. From fruits there are always apples and oranges. Water is always available, in refrigerators... You can take it to the beach and on excursions freely. Very slippery floors in the lobby on floor 1 B. . . By the pool. In general, there is something entertaining going on in the hotel, but information is O!! ! No information brochures about the hotel were given either... There is nothing special around the hotel. There are a few small shops a little further away, behind the hotel there is a cheaper shop and a market of three fruit vendors. . . Haggle!!!
Across the road there is a bridge-bus stop towards the center of Konakli and Alanya. . . There is movement there. . . By the way, Alanya has a gorgeous sandy beach. . . You can go there.
