When buying a tour there were almost no reviews, there were two positive ones.
Stayed at this hotel for 10 days. At the reception they paid $ 20 to put us in a room with a sea view. The room is good, teoevmzor, there is a refrigerator. The repair is excellent. But if we hadn't paid, I don't know what number we would have got. The people who came with us did not pay, and when they checked in, they had a puddle on the floor in their room, one blanket and a towel for three. In fact, how many stars are not even written on it. The fitness opened at the end of our break there.
The pool in the hammam does not work. Cleaning is not done at all, we sit to clean our room 2 times, in total the cleaning lady took out the garbage and took the towels, she naturally did not put new ones. To get towels, I had to go to the reception several times with dissatisfaction and beg for these towels. There is a lot of sand in the bath (for several days) from the beach, she did not clean anything. The safe was asked to be installed from the first day (for a fee), we were fed breakfast, that in an hour / two / during the day / tomorrow they will do it for you, as a result, there were several who wanted to install the safe, we met them at the reception and they told us that They promise them so for several days, but in fact there are no safes in the hotel.

Breakfast is nothing, there is scrambled eggs, sometimes pancakes, scrambled eggs, salted cheeses and all sorts of spicy and pickled vegetables. There is milk, all sorts of flakes for it, cottage cheese. Since all people get up at different times, you can safely have breakfast. And at lunch and dinner it is unrealistic. Dinner starts at 7, as a result, at 19 you come to sit nowhere!! ! The waiters approached us once and asked to quickly free the table, or somehow we left things (took the table) returned - there are no our things, but other people are sitting at the table. There are not enough places! The number of people and rooms does not match the number of tables. For more or less normal food, the queues are huge, if you come for dinner at 19.20, then you will not see meat already. Everyone is standing in lines like crazy and almost fighting for pizza, french fries and onion rings (there are few of them), the first wave of the queue sweeps it all away. Meat is the same every day, mostly chicken. In the General, we ate mostly vegetables, there were no queues for them, there were no queues. Well, at lunchtime, just the most.
Tableware!! ! They wash it disgustingly!! ! Appliances are constantly dirty, with food leftovers, glasses and mugs are also dirty, with lip prints and food leftovers. We constantly wiped partings, and tried to drink from disposable cups. At the end of the holiday, they got poisoned. We only ate food from the hotel, from another room there were people with the same symptoms. Maybe it's their dirty dishes, maybe food, or a virus. But it's disgusting.
Regarding the beach - you can only enter the water from the pier, it is difficult to do it from the beach, there are some kind of kami and beams in the water.
Cleaners do not bring such things as toilet paper, soap, you need to demand at the reception or take it from the cleaners almost by force. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone and will NEVER choose it again!!!!! !
