We have a great experience of traveling to foreign resorts, we have been traveling since 2004. This is our fifth trip to Turkey, but we have never seen anything like it! They say that comfort is made up of little things. The pseudo-hotel refuted this statement, not only trifles are involved in comfort:

1. The reception is really uncomfortable, very stuffy, small, no air conditioning. Wi-Fi is only here, when there are a lot of clients, more than 10-15 subscribers, then there is no connection. By the way, in a nearby cafe (Tommy Bar), on the terrace, the connection is slightly better, but it also doesn’t pull on a video call via WhatsApp, it often slows down. 2. The rooms are renovated, but there are no, for example, hangers. There are light bulbs on the ceiling, but they do not turn on, they lived in the dark, with nightlights and TV light. The balcony is extremely inconvenient for drying wet towels and swimwear. On the first floors, they are not at all. There are some grills for two swimming trunks or for one towel. The air conditioners are really aimed at the bed, it blows even if you move the bed and send the curtains down. 3. The first 4 days were wild water shortages. Moreover, if in the first 2 days there was only hot water, then on the third and fourth days from morning until evening there was no water at all. In fairness, it must be said that on the fifth day the problem was eliminated, but judging by the previous reviews written before our trip, this is a periodic problem that can only be solved for a while. As a result, for half of the term we lived like “on potatoes” as students or as in a construction team. We ran to the public toilet in the morning to wash ourselves and, as they say, “to the yard”. "Thank you" Coral travel, for the opportunity to remember the youth!
4. Cleaning. . . I don't know where the people who write that they were cleaned every day rested. Maybe it was posted here by mistake. Personally, we were cleaned without a reminder only on the second day after checking in, the second time they wiped the floor when we asked about it at the reception, and the third time they wiped it when we dragged the cleaner into the room ourselves. That's all the times... Three times in 10 days. Toilet paper was stolen from a trolley in the hallway and utility room. Towels were also changed by ourselves. I've been dreaming of this kind of romance all my life! “Thank you” Coral travel for making my dream come true! By the way, on the electronic key to the room it is written: “Follow your dreams” (follow your dream). This is not how we imagined our dreams...

5. Food. . . We've been to hotels where we can say "you won't go hungry". Believe me, the described pseudo-hotel is very far even from this category. Meat-eaters have nothing to do here. We saw meat 1 time in 10 days. Chicken and fried herring. The stench of herring is terrible. By the way, the dining room (the language does not dare to call it a restaurant) is also without air conditioning. So, standing opposite each other, a sweaty cook at the distribution and a dull client, also sweaty, trying to make a difficult choice from a meager set of dishes: soy patties, vegetable stew, chicken, mashed potatoes (rarely), fried herring and something else incomprehensible. There was also spaghetti and pasta. Everything is not very tasty. And it remains on the plates not because vacationers are gaining too much, but because sometimes it is impossible to eat. If they bring french fries, there is a long sweaty line right there. By the way, there is also a long line in the dining room bar. The waiters are really diligent, they clean quickly. They sweat, but they clean. The cups are dirty and smell unpleasantly of an old rag. Therefore, everyone used disposable cups. Fruits - watermelons (often sour), apples and oranges. No apricots, no cherries, as some reviews wrote, and we have never seen anything else! We bought ourselves at the market near the pseudo-hotel strawberries, cherries and figs. Tomatoes in the second half of the rest began to come across with blackened seeds, to see the owner found a cheaper supplier, they stopped taking them. There were no complaints about cucumbers and greens. There were no Turkish sweets like baklava at all, only cupcakes soaked in a sweet liquid that smelled like cheap cologne. We never take salads anywhere - we can’t say anything. The food is so tasteless that we went to a cafe for the first time in Turkey. We went shopping to Alanya specially and did not return for dinner. Once in 10 days we ate delicious food. As for the poisonings that everyone writes about, it’s true. For the first time in 15 years, immodium came in handy. And the whole pack. There was enough. We didn’t drink from the pool, we didn’t drink, we didn’t take salads, and the poisoning was not after a cafe in Alanya. All 10 days I was puffed up from this food mercilessly... The fact that vacationers themselves are pigs is understandable. If a mother is sitting with a small child, a glass of beer is nearby, and she is burying a bull in the sand, then even the pseudo-hotel is not to blame. But at least pieces of concrete and glass could be removed. The son once played beach volleyball, but when he saw that the players had removed 3 pieces of glass and 4 large stones from the site, the desire to play in the following days disappeared abruptly. So you walk along the beach strictly in slippers, you remove the glass. "Thank you" Coral travel, for the opportunity to contribute to the cleanliness of the beaches of Turkey!
7. The company Coral travel and a representative to match the pseudo-hotel picked up. Dmitro is a separate song. Lazy, dodgy, as perishing. The main task is to sell the tour. During our first meeting, a mother came with her son, who had badly injured his hand on a water slide. I needed a picture (it worked out, I didn’t break my arm, only a strong bruise). Mom asked: “Will they bring me back from the hospital, do I need to take money for travel? ” Dmitro assured that they had everything under control, they didn’t need money. The ambulance will take you away and bring you back. When my mother came up and said that they were not going to bring it back, an immediate answer followed: “But you tell them to bring it! ”. You should have seen his displeased face when he was nevertheless begged by the whole world to go and talk to the doctors! As a result, my mother turned out to be more perspicacious, after all, she ran away for money, they came back by taxi for $ 20. In the end, we also have an ambulance - this is not a taxi, but why mislead? I would say right away - take the money for a taxi or a bus, to which you can go in such and such a way. This is just one small example of Coral's amazing performance. After your appeal on any issue not related to the sale of the tour, he will make an appointment, when he sees you he briefly greets you, pretends to be busy, runs away somewhere, after the call he still comes, as a result, the issue remains unresolved. I could immediately refuse by phone, explaining the reason and not play a performance, taking away the already spoiled rest time. Excursions do not apply to the pseudo-hotel, but we were very unpleasantly surprised that in Coral the shopping component of sightseeing and historical excursions with visits to shops, where everything is 3-5 times more expensive, is 50-60% of the total time, and meals in all excursions like in airplanes - chicken or fish, and also tasteless. Sightseeing tour to Alanya is 80% of the shopping tour, we do not recommend this tour. It is better to go by yourself and walk around the city. By the way, on the vaunted 3 in 1 excursion (rafting, buggy and fishing), there was no fishing, goggles and a bandana on the nose and mouth (dust and stones from the buggies in front) were sold for $ 5. The money is not big, but no one warned that they should be taken. And where is it seen that the means of protection were sold? This is basic safety! 8. Reception staff is really unfriendly. He chose the tactics of "deaf defense". Imagine for yourself, the heat, stuffiness, no air conditioning, almost every hour someone comes running with their claims, you have to decide. They try, of course, to write down. They even changed the TV for us after the second call. But it doesn’t work in such a way that it works ahead of time. So you run back and forth with questions, and, believe me, there are a lot of them! Basically, everyone complained about cleaning, about living conditions, about water, about breakdowns. Some things were decided, but not all. More often they snapped: “What do you want? We have a small salary! But where are the vacationers? And one young couple was told at all: “We (Russia) are no longer friends to you, therefore we are not obliged to do something! ” So on behalf of the entire Turkish people! The same dyed blonde at the reception, which was written about a lot in previous reviews. "Thank you" Coral travel, for unscheduled runs to the reception!

9. There is no declared fitness room in the pseudo-hotel. There are some broken swings under the pines. The son is engaged in a work-out. Only in the city park I found a horizontal bar, I worked there. Well, okay! We already had enough fitness in the form of jogging to the reception. Especially in the first 5 days. Then they just spat. "Thank you" Coral travel, for creating the conditions under which even lazy customers have to move!
10. It seemed to us that only the regulars of a few bars were really satisfied. They did not meet the lying around, but the fight between two women over free beer was observed. "Thank you" Coral travel, for taking care of at least one of the customers!
In general, as mentioned earlier, the pseudo-hotel opened only in May. They did not have time to recruit good staff, they recruited anyone. And cleaners and cooks. The streets are really swept, the paths are washed, but that's all, the rest is so-so. As the unforgettable representative of Coral travel Dmitro said: “Well, don’t call the Germans here! And the Russians and Ukrainians will do just that! ”. There are also Turks there, but Dmitro also called them unpretentious. The Turks were not kept in special conditions, the conditions for all were equally disgusting.
Why do I always remember Coral? Yes, because this is the only company that does not respect its customers so much, even hates them, that it sells this pseudo-hotel as 5 *. Tez at least sold it as a 4*.

We got the impression that the owner of the pseudo-hotel is very tight-fisted and saves on everything. On the water, on the quality of the food, on the staff, on the electricity, and ultimately on the vacationers. Many little things are not even described here. Just the one that was especially depressing. The owner of the pseudo-hotel felt sorry for the money for tea - they went and bought it themselves. Which one you wanted. Etc.

Whoever has at least some opportunity to change the purchased tour to this pseudo-hotel, even with a surcharge - change it, you won't regret it! Who does not have such an opportunity - be strong! Well, try to find the positives. Although it is very difficult. But don't despair! Maybe things will change by the time you travel. Maybe they will give meat 2 times in 10 days, or they will also turn on the third to the two working showers available on the entire beach (on the day of departure, we even saw hangers in the package in the cleaner’s cart, as many as 6 pieces! ). Nutrition will not improve - lose weight, go home with pleasure! Enjoy the sea... Okay, black humor aside! We sincerely wish you that everything really changes for the better and that your vacation, unlike ours, is really a success!
