Stayed with family. On the day of arrival, the hotel was half empty. Family room, quite spacious, on the 3rd floor with a normal balcony. New furniture and plumbing, air conditioning, TV, clean linens. The first impression was good.

Bin Billa is located on the outskirts of the Tosmur area, surrounded by residential complexes and has no territory at all. Upon entering, you immediately find yourself in the "restaurant", then into the building, behind which there is a small pool. The hotel is located on the 2nd line near the beach. A busy highway runs along the coast, so you can only go to the sea through underground passages. Also nearby is the embankment of the Dim Chay River with a view of the mountains. The center of Alanya can be reached by bus (20-25 minutes, usually crowded) and taxis. There are several mini markets nearby.

The hotel staff is diligent, in particular at the reception, a pleasant and helpful girl works.

During our stay, there were no complaints about the cleaning of the room and the service in the restaurant. Meals on the system "All inclusive". The choice of dishes is small, but the quality of food is good and there was enough of everything. The chef tried to please the guests, especially a very tasty cake was remembered (quickly dismantled).

The beach in this area is wide, sandy and without terrible slippery slabs (a problem with Alanya beaches). However, the beach is not well maintained, there is rubbish left by the locals in the evenings and on weekends. Noise and exhaust fumes from the side of the road make it difficult to rest. Sun loungers and umbrellas on one of the beach sections are free for vacationers at the Bin Billa Hotel. The owner of the hotel, as it turned out, delays the rent for the use of beach equipment and this affects the quality of the rest.
This is used by a beach worker (an unpleasant type), who “strains” perplexed tourists with a demand to pay for a deck chair and an umbrella and is generally hostile to Russian speakers (photo of this pet ...balls is attached). And right at the entrance to the water there is a “flag”. It turns out that in this place a pipe goes out into the sea, which is laid from the toilet.

The owner of the Bin Billa Hotel did not make a very good impression: a forced smile, a greedy and short-sighted person. The rooms were cosmetically underrepaired: the walls, ceiling and old doors were painted, old plastic windows (there was a blank window in the bathroom, no ventilation, sewage smell), very uncomfortable mattresses (many complained), poor sound insulation. To this we can add the lack of any entertainment, very, very slow internet (and only in the lobby) and the situation on the beach.

In early July, the influx of tourists began. The hotel restaurant is clearly not designed for a large number of tourists.
We had to wait for the table to be free, there were queues for food. Many of the new arrivals were dissatisfied.

Hotel guide Omar from Tez Tour-balabol. I could not decide anything, I just sold excursions.

My opinion: unworthy hotel.

Turkey's tourism industry is not changing for the better. The Turks relaxed or did not strain at all in order to make the rest in their country better. Low level of service, unfriendly attitude in places, dirty beaches and not only...Of course, why bother, millions of tourists will come every year anyway. After all, here is history, nature and "All Inclusive".
