Many of the reviews written are true. The hotel is not more than 3 stars, I would even say a hostel with meals. Meals are normal, chicken and vegetables. Normal location and beach, good promenade for walking. There are difficulties with the explanation in Russian. About soundproofing in the room is a separate issue, do not count on intimacy.

As soon as we arrived, we were given a room. We had a very small room - me with a friend and a child. There was a separate folding bed for the child (there is a minus in it, because it is very hard, uncomfortable and creaks). The room is clean, tidy and freshly refurbished. Cleaning in the rooms is carried out on request, but it is superficial - take out the trash, add toilet paper, did not even add gels and shampoos (according to the experience with Egypt, I brought my own accessories).
Now for the area itself. In the courtyard there are 2 swimming pools - for adults and for children. They are cleaned every morning and disinfected in the evening. there are sun loungers around, where you can sit comfortably both in the shade and in the sun. Basically, there are not many people around the pool at lunchtime, so there are always places.
The territory of the restaurant itself is located very comfortably - the feeling that you are just in a local cafe, and not in a hotel. There is concern for tourists - we went on an excursion before breakfast, asked the staff to at least drink tea with a sandwich for the child, and they fed us all, separately brought scrambled eggs, sausages, jams - everything you need for breakfast. Then they discussed it with tourists from other hotels - they were all sent away hungry! So here the human qualities are very high. I just want them to change the tablecloths on the tables. And then in the pictures it looks very beautiful, but live - a complete pain.
Nutrition. Personally, I was not hungry - I had enough of everything, I was just glad that there were no temptations in the form of buns, cakes, and other sweets. From meat, we had mostly poultry - chicken, turkey. A couple of times there were minced products. Vegetables - cucumber and tomato, a lot of greens, pickled peppers, olives, black olives, sauces and some salads. Breakfast is not dense - scrambled eggs, sausages, cheeses, jams and muesli. Delicious lentil soup for lunch! Seafood - one day they gave a baked small fish.
Regarding communication - the staff is friendly, knows something in Russian, something in English, and if it doesn’t work out in any way : -) then Google is to help !!!
Walk 250 meters to the beach. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free. But we had a coastal wave, so we went to the beach to the right of No. 5 behind the pier, there are large stones in the water that beat off the wave and a very calm bay turns out. The child swam independently, dived in a mask, even saw fish! The beauty!
Entertainment. Unfortunately, no - they arranged for themselves. We were allowed to connect our gadgets : -) and we made a disco)))
Alcohol. By tradition))) brought with them. Sometimes they took beer and white wine. Well... this... you don’t experience much pleasure) one thing pleases - when it’s hot, the beer was very refreshing with coolness))))))
Excursions. We ordered outside the hotel. The guide's name is Jamal!! ! He speaks Russian very well. Everything will show, explain, offer options. Calm, self-possessed, will never grab hands and force you to buy! Thank you very much to him - we just managed to visit the Green Canyon on Manavgat - the beauty is beyond words - and two days later the fires started : -( and now I don’t know when people will still be able to see it... How to find it ? ! Leave the hotel turn right and walk forward, go through the crossroads and move towards the Migras store, in front you will see a beautiful building glowing at night and a bridge leading to them in the restaurant. The bridge is a landmark!!! ! : -) on the left side of the bridge you will see a large billboard with excursions and ask Jamal there)!!!
What else to tell? ! We really liked this type of holiday - a lot of things are within walking distance. We went to the clothing market - 1km (Thursdays). Stock up on money!! ! and bargain!! ! items and prices are great! To the left of the hotel is the Dim Chai River, which flows into the sea, and there are still go-karts beyond the river. On the river there are barbecues and you can fry shish kebabs). We went to Alanya to the fortress (bus number 1), went to the fish market (bus number 2), really wanted to visit restaurants on the Dim Chay River upstream (bus number 10) - but there was not enough time for everything.

FOOD. If you are a lover of high-calorie and varied food - you are NOT here. The menu changes by 10-15 percent. The basis is vegetables, herbs, a variety of salads. Sausages, as for me, is impossible. From fruits - a good ripe watermelon and sometimes apples for lunch and dinner. Sometimes they give sweets: pudding or baklava - for dinner. A biscuit cake is served at the coffee break. For lunch and dinner - soup.
The main dishes are meager, in a limited volume (mostly cooked chicken in different ways, or nasty semi-finished products). Fish is extremely rare, one can only dream of seafood.
The menu is light, but you can eat very much. Huge "+" - fresh, non-fermenting food.
Of the free drinks - fortified white and red wine, beer, carbonated and juice drinks, coffee and delicious tea. Personally, I could only drink tea. The rest I bought from the store.
You definitely won't get better here. You will not stay hungry, but men will have a hard time.
SERVICE. The staff is friendly, helpful, hardworking. They know Russian a little - at the household level this is enough. There are no complaints about the staff, they try very hard, they approach their work responsibly, they just sometimes do not have time to cope with a huge amount of cases. They never sit idly by. They treat their duties carelessly - they do everything they can.
PURITY. The rooms are not very clean. Cleaning is done every day at a personal request, or if you hang a sign on the door. Wash the floor, pick up trash and add toilet paper. Towels are changed upon request. In the food area, the cleanliness leaves much to be desired - dirty floors, cloth napkins on the tables (changed about once a week), but the dishes are washed well. The reception area is cleaned, but I would like more often, as sofas, tables and floors get dirty quickly due to high traffic, and the staff does not have time to keep cleanliness at the proper level. The pool area is also not very clean - dirty sunbeds and tables (I saw that they are wiped only in the morning before the pool starts).
WiFi. At the reception - free, but slow. In the rooms - paid.
NUMBERS. The rooms are pleasant, after renovation, quite well-groomed. There is enough light. There is a wardrobe, bedside tables, a table, a large mirror, air conditioning, a refrigerator, a safe (for a fee), a TV, and a balcony where you can sit and dry things. The room is comfortable and just enough. For me, this is the main "+" of the hotel.
SWIMMING POOL. Clean, small. Nearby there is a small one for children. The bathing area is comfortable, as there is a lot of shade and it saves from intense heat. There are sun loungers for sunbathers.
LOCATION. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the Tosmur area. It's quiet here, not noisy. Nearby there are shops, pharmacies, cafes. The market (clothes and fruit and vegetables) is 1 km away (open on Thursdays), the other is 2 km away (open on Mondays). To the famous beach "Cleopatra" with white sand - 40 minutes (10 minutes to the stop, 20 minutes by bus number 1 and 10 minutes to the place on foot).
BEACH. To the sea - 5-7 minutes, but I warn you, because for someone it may turn out to be a disappointment: the sea is not very comfortable, as the river flows to the left and its icy current mixes with warm sea water, creating a contrasting cocktail. Swimming is not very pleasant. SOLUTION - I advise you to go to beach number 5.10-12 minutes walk from the hotel to the right. My husband and I were located so that on the left there was a private beach, fenced with ropes with buoys - in this place the sea is clean, warm, uniform along the course, the water is azure, the bottom is perfectly visible. Nearby there is a toilet, shower and changing cabin. Sunbeds and umbrellas are paid.
ENTERTAINMENT. There are no animators and show programs in the hotel. Music at lunchtime and in the evenings at the request of the guests.
