I was apprehensive as I read reviews good and bad. Bought for the price. Let me explain why there are different reviews. There is a central building, a restaurant, a swimming pool, a bar, a disco, where everything is renovated, brand new and life is in full swing, although the territory is not large. And there are buildings across the road through an underpass - that's where you're lucky. The number doesn't look like a number. I saw people who waited several days to move into the main building. But, I saw people who really enjoyed living in the buildings across the street. They said that they had come to take a break from the music, the noise, and across the street they got what they wanted. I lived in the main. I liked everything. The line is not the first, but the location is very good, 5 minutes to the sea. Nearby are shops. . . Everything is brand new in the room (renovation, plasma TV. . . ). They have a good chef. Everything was delicious. There was fish, meat (beef, chicken, lamb), salads, delicious cakes. From fruits: melon, oranges, tangerines, lemons, apples and grapes. But, grapes are not every day (it's the end of October). Minus - there were no tablecloths on the tables, although the tables were always clean. I lived on the 6th floor. (there are 2 elevators) Wi-Fi was normal in the room. Can't judge the rooms in the building across the street, but the main building is a solid B.
