When we took tours, we were bribed by beautiful photos of the hotel, most of the good reviews from tourists, and most importantly, a recommendation from the tour operator. We were told how everything is fine there, excellent animation, a sea of ​ ​ competitions, a sea of ​ ​ discos, but in fact I will tell you everything now. We arrived at the hotel at 8:00, went to the reception to check in, and we were told the check-in was only at 14:00. We were indignant, because we were tired after the road, wet, sleepy with several bags that had nowhere to lay down. The storage room was completely packed. From that moment on, I didn't like the hotel.
I'll start right away with the only plus in my opinion. This is food. Fruits of course give the same Watermelon, plums and grapes. And the food is varied in places, but mostly one chicken.
The hotel area is very small, there are 2 pools: one is located near the reception in which it is impossible to swim,

Massage: on the second day after arrival, a girl from the staff approached us and offered spa treatments, massage, hammam, etc. And she told everything so colorfully that we immediately purchased this subscription from her for $ 35 per person. We were just in shock. For which we gave 70 dollars (for two). Well, then just the culmination: the day before departure, my wife and I went to the fitness room as usual, then washed ourselves in the shower, then went to dinner in the dining room, respectively, the shorts were a little wet after the shower, we got food, sat down, had a bite,
then went for more. When we went for a drink, we were approached by a hotel employee who said that the shorts were wet and that you couldn’t enter the dining room in this condition, although he didn’t tell us anything like that the first time. There are no inscriptions, the rules that you can’t go into the dining room with wet shorts, only a picture weighs that you can’t go in swimsuits and swimming trunks. Okay, I told the employee that I would take the plate to the place and go change my clothes, to which he began to grab my hands, not let me in, push me, we accordingly made a fuss about this, then Tatiana, a tourist communication officer, ran to the fuss, who started they publicly yell at us, insult us, call us pigs, drove my wife crazy, she, in turn, dropped her bowl of soup with fright. In general, we had to pay money for a plate, but we did not wait for an apology from the staff, who publicly grabbed us and disgraced us.

We were evicted at 03:50, and in 20 minutes we came to the reception to give the keys, etc. , and the employee tells us that we already owe 26 dollars for a broken plate! In a panic, we started looking for an ATM to withdraw money 20 minutes before departure at 3 am!
About the good reviews of the hotel: a couple of hours before departure, we were given a brochure that says that for a good review about the hotel they give 7 days of rest next year. That's why you see good reviews about the hotel on many sites.
