The food at the hotel is really excellent. an abundance of greens, vegetables in any form, fish, meat, side dishes - at any time of the day you can enjoy the creations of the chefs. sweets - a fairly large assortment, of excellent quality - unlike fruits. from fruits - watermelons, melons, plums - indigestible and unripe, pears, sometimes apples. For such a hotel - a huge minus. Ice cream is also not provided in the hotel.
we were settled fairly quickly, we left our suitcases at the reception and went to have a bite to eat after the flight. Tatyana girl, with a look - how much you will distract me - look at your colleagues, you still have to learn and learn professionalism from them. To begin with, we were settled in a room on the ground floor - for some reason it smelled awful there. what's the matter - it's hard to understand, but after a couple of dollars we ended up in a fairly clean room, on the floor above. what surprised me in the room - two rooms, but one has a TV, and the other has air conditioning. we met this for the first time and our surprise is immeasurable, because even in hotels with a lower star rating they have not seen such a miracle.

hamam. the girl katerina is very nice, we often turned to her, pleasant in communication and very responsive. Thank you very much and our regards. the prices are good, the hammam itself is also quite decent. massage after the flight is quite normal, but we didn’t go to masseurs anymore, although we often take the opportunity, they tried to diagnose us, missed and we didn’t continue. although the masseurs are not bad, but I did not want to take risks. fish in the aquarium - a nice gift, it was a pleasure.
housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired. for starters, the cleaning service was always breaking down when we came to the room after dinner to take a shower and change clothes. they don’t understand the word “later”, they knock five times until we waved our hand and just left the room. usually housekeeping happens completely unnoticed by us, but here we were amused by their sluggishness and obtrusiveness. The quality of cleaning is very average for such a hotel.
Beach. is located very close to the hotel, it is better to cross the road through the underpasses - car traffic in Turkey is at very high speeds and it is better not to risk it. water - just excellent, umbrellas, sunbeds, quite clean. the bar on the beach is paid, we did not care, but many were outraged. you can have a bite to eat on the beach (if you wish, we did not use this opportunity), there is a volleyball court, a tennis table, a hammock, showers, a changing cabin, toilets. there are few questions about this part.
bar. this is the worst bar we have seen in turkey. starting from the impudence of the bartenders - Turcay and Ibrahim, the dullness of this place and the scarcity of the assortment, up to dirty glasses. We didn't really look into it, but it's just indecent. the queues that they collected at their questionable cleanliness of the counter is just an indecent gesture towards hotel guests.
pools. as usual in Turkish hotels - always crowded with people, you can not find sunbeds near the pools, the water is very chlorinated - we went to the sea. the slide is mediocre - there is no animator during its operation, children could get injured, this is a minus.

animation. animation, as a fact, the hotel has. but the "starter" - the animator works with such a face, as if you invaded his own house and got him to the handle. smile? - what are you talking about, no one is worthy of his smile. but he is a master at giving out phrases. and their "tact" is amazing. "youngsters raise your hands", "drunk put down a glass" and so on - without a shadow of a smile and a hint of humor! competitions bordered on rudeness. we are not nitpicking, this is the first hotel we don't want to go back to.
