This is not the first time we are resting in Alanya, we love this city very much. And recently, our friends bought an apartment in Oba and we chose the hotel on the basis of "closer to their home. " The hotel turned out to be very old. Upon arrival, they put us in a building across the road, we went in and were horrified: the Soviet Union was full, the faucet in the shower immediately broke, and when I went out onto the balcony and saw a view of the trash, my patience snapped. I asked to be moved to the central building, they told me that there were no places there. After a small scandal, a place was found. The room was much better, overlooking the pool. The beds are comfortable, cleaning is daily, the TV is old, but there are 2 Russian channels, there is air conditioning, but you can get a remote control for it for 20u. e. at the reception. The beach is not far away, the sea is just super, the nice thing is that a sunbed and an umbrella are included in the price. The restaurant is terrible, just a dining room, where if you want to eat normally, you have to come to the opening and practically grab it, you won’t get what you want otherwise. Example: breakfast from 7.00-10.00 we arrived at 9.00 and saw absolutely empty containers, no scrambled eggs, no cucumbers, no tomatoes, no sausages.... did not have. The restaurant is still open for an hour, but no one is going to bring food. Again, after a small scandal, we were made a personal omelette with salad. I was just shocked by this. The children were not bored, as the hotel has 90% Russian families with children. In the hall there is a mini-football, table tennis (although the rackets are so worn out that it's time to throw them away), Playstation 3 (for an additional fee) and an animator works. Separately, I want to describe the work of Wi-Fi. To enter it, you need to fill out a form (room number and password) To understand what password I had to go to the reception three times, until I realized what exactly the numbers should be (they could have explained normally right away, but apparently they have no desire) Then you seem to and went on the Internet, but nothing works, I had to find places where it works and the most interesting thing, after a while it is very short, it disappears and you have to do the whole procedure again. I needed internet, so I had to do it 20 times in literally 1.5 hours of work. I'm still angry. And the most interesting thing is that only I could enter under our number, and the children could not connect, since they do not have a passport))) In short, the hotel is not for 3 but for 2- But of course the sea, nature, company brighten up any shortcomings.
