I want to make a warning tip for people who are going to rest at the Campus Hill Hotel.

My husband and I have been to this hotel twice. First time in October 2019, second time from 11 to 14 November 2019.

Since we came more on business than on vacation, and from this hotel we were close to the places we needed, we chose it for the second time. Which is very much regretted.

I will try to write as objectively as possible. I very rarely write reviews on the Internet, I have been in different hotels in different countries, but I have not seen this even in three-star hotels.

When we were in this hotel in October, the hotel was full, the disadvantages of the stay were that the elevators could stop, even if there was no maximum load, we got stuck twice in 5 days. Water in the room should bring a bottle per day, but it had to be asked. The maids will not replenish tea, coffee, sugar until you start looking for them and asking again. Cleaning is minimal, we can say that it is almost non-existent.

When leaving, they said that we had two cards in the system (the rules say that in case of loss, a fine of 10 euros), although they issued only one. We said that let them call and ask the woman who received us at the reception how many cards she gave us. No one called anywhere and we did not pay anything.

The second time I doubted, there was a choice between the four in the center of Alanya, by the way, it was much cheaper, and this hotel. But the convenience of the location outweighed.

For 3 nights, the cost of a package tour turned out to be $ 450 (breakfast + dinner), it’s good that All Inc was not chosen.

We arrived in the evening, we were immediately given a room and we went to dinner, at the reception we were told that there were only 11 people in the hotel, there was a regular buffet.
In the morning there was also an ordinary breakfast, but then miracles began to happen in the hotel. The staff began to wash and clean kitchen utensils, tea and coffee machines near the pool, wash kitchen vats, urns, and so on.
The restaurant left a few tables for the remaining guests.

I could understand everything, although I consider this a disrespect for my guests (why should I watch all these cleanings from the balcony), but the hotel decided to save the remaining days.

Just imagine, you come for breakfast in a five-star hotel, and they bring you several bowls with windy spreads and the remaining spicy preservation (why should the good disappear), 1 soft-boiled egg and ONE! Omelet for two! And for the next breakfast, there wasn’t even one omelette for two, we decided that 1 boiled egg would be enough for you. But they gave me a plate of bread, thank you very much! For dinner, it’s even better - a plate of spicy sour soup, a spoonful of chopped lettuce and, for the second, a spoonful of rice, a bunch of french fries and a little chicken. I don’t even want to talk about battered cutlets in tomato, which are more likely left over from past times. No greens, no fruits, nothing.
And while you are sitting here eating what you didn’t eat at the end of the season, the staff walks around and tightens the tables and kitchen utensils with foil. Here you feel like an uninvited guest.


I understand that the end of the season, there are few customers, but you took money for these days from us at the full rate, there must be respect for your guests, but you position yourself as 5 stars.

The result is this - my husband and I are not going to your hotel again, I will never recommend this hotel to all my friends and acquaintances. Well, I advise people, do not be fooled by 5 stars, if you are traveling in season and do not really pay attention to service, then you can still consider. But in no case do not go there at the beginning or end of the season. There are much better four star hotels in Alanya and not on the mountain like this one and not for the money. I am attaching photographic evidence.

I immediately wrote to the tour operator that sold us the tour, they sent a complaint to the host company (hotel) and I wrote to the Anex service hotline in Turkey with the application number and a description of the situation.
