The hotel fully corresponds to its 4 * status! The staff is friendly and educated! Please do not confuse non-Russian-speaking staff with receptionists!! ! Russian-speaking Valeria and Donna are at the reception. Here someone wrote that they are rude! I will say this: treat people the way you want to be treated! It is a pity that Valeria resigned from there! We were four, two couples. The tour was booked for two standard rooms, but we were offered a femelirum. And very awesome!! ! It was fun! Territory is great! The food is super! Cleaning and change of towels daily! Animation is ok! The beach has 2 meters of pebbles and then sand. The entrance to the opposite bar is the best! The only disadvantage: you need to choose the right time for eating. If the whole hotel comes to dinner at the same time, then the waiters can't cope with table setting. Do not be afraid that some delicious dish will not be enough for you, I did not notice this! The hotel is aimed at foreigners! But everyone is treated the same.
