The second big drawback of the hotel is the beach - small, the entrance to the sea - pebbles need shoes, no animation, maximum 20 people, all foreigners sit by the pool for days. In comparison with the same Egypt, the beach and the sea of the latter wins with a score of 10:1. There, the sea is cleaner, more beautiful, corals, fish, sand. At the reception, we were told that our rooms, unfortunately, were not available (they dumped them on the Tez tour, saying that they are reinsured and sell extra rooms). They offered for 2 families (2 adults + 2 children) according to one standard, we naturally did not agree, because we overpaid for these FAMILY. They asked to call the administrator, "big boss", as we called him, did not know Russian at all and called an interpreter. Here all 10 of us came to his office and began to explain the situation. But he very calmly explained that he could not help us in any way and that we should enter into their situation. To all this, we offered him that we would stay to sleep in his office on leather sofas. After half an hour of grinding, he offered us to settle in the standards for 2 days and get compensation for this....We got a very good compensation: 1. Use of the safe for free, 2. Massage, peeling - for everyone (and they did it very well, we thought first they will deceive and cheat), 3. A visit to a paid a la carte restaurant (we ordered the menu ourselves), 4. Bags and T-shirts as a gift with the hotel logo.
2 days have passed, we naturally no longer wanted to carry all our things and suitcases and decided to stay in our rooms.
In general, the rest was good. The sea is really not far away, about 10 minutes on foot, at a slow pace. The territory of the hotel is very well-groomed, large and beautiful. The animation let us down, we can say that it simply does not exist, only for children in the evening and then a monotonous program. Disco in the hotel only on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and in the evening adults simply have nothing to do in the hotel.
We took three excursions from the tour - a water park, a PIRATE yacht for children - JUST A SUPER PRESENTATION, and a jeep Canyon - we all really liked it and left an unforgettable impression.
My friend participated in the MISS Mermaid Club - she played just super, all the Russians were for her, but for some reason she got 2nd place (1 point was not enough). The first was taken by an Englishwoman, but then we were told that everything was bought there and the name of the winner was already known in advance.
On the eve of departure, we were called to the reception and offered to vacate the rooms at 4-30 in the morning (while we had a bus at 6-50), they referred again to a big check-in, they say we should again enter their position. Naturally, we did not agree, even for compensation.
In short, there are very few Russians in the hotel, the bulk are Germans who stupidly lie on sunbeds from morning to evening, so they are the OWNERS OF LIFE for them all, and we are like that, but you won’t fool the Russians, as they say where you sit down, you get down.
