Traveled with my 5 year old daughter. We got through the Fortuna 5 * system from Coral Travel. I used to think that it was a respected large company. In fact, the hotel did not even reach the average C grade. Some kind of trouble with the owners, almost no staff, no cooks. And self-respecting companies simply do not take their tourists there. Especially with a small child!
The rich interior of the reception, beautiful furniture in the past, landscaping - all this remains from the former owner of the German. Now, under the Turk, complete desolation and indifference. It was painful to look at the pools, she didn’t allow the child to swim, all the more she didn’t climb herself.
Chronology of 8 days of rest:
One day we lived without water
2 days - without electricity
3 days without a room key (walked through the balcony)
4 days without cleaning and without towels
etc. etc......

Disposable cups collected from the tables and put anew for those who want to drink (I remind you that this hotel is declared as 5 *! )
And this happened everywhere. The restaurant staff wore street clothes.
I don't want to remember this hotel. Complete indifference and indifference, unsanitary conditions and dirt are impossible!
Of the pluses (I hardly remembered): this is the presence of 0.5 bottled water in the bars, and we managed to agree with the reception to vacate the room not at 12:00 but at 16:00, when the child gets enough sleep.
But most importantly, our guide from Coral Travel brought us to the airport 1 hour before departure... and to the wrong terminal! The time is 22:40, there is no our flight on the board, a sleeping child is in her arms. It’s good that I’ve already been to Turkey 6 times - I found a Coral Travel representative office and 5 minutes before the end of registration, we (6 people) were nevertheless brought to the right terminal. But how much nerves, effort and lugging suitcases it cost......
I will never use this carrier again!
