Went with a friend and a 2 year old. 3.07. 19 - 9.07. 19 Fortuna Alanya 5* all inclusive BIBLIO GLOBUS. I am an experienced traveler, I have been in more than 40 countries in different hotels from 3 to 5 stars. But I have never seen THIS!! ! To say the hotel is bad is an understatement. This is simply the most disgusting place in all of Alanya. They position themselves as 5 *, but in fact it's just a rooming house.
Dirt, unsanitary conditions, fungus, insects, rats everywhere. I am attaching a photo, this is only a small part of the horror that is happening there, because You can only attach 10 photos. People! Do not go into this hole, so as not to be poisoned, robbed and stay in mental and physical health!
Food.
The food is just disgusting. I'm not much of a foodie. Vegetarian and always on diets, but even I had nothing to eat. Forget about the children, they won't have food there at all. You will have to go to restaurants and spend money (although in an all-inclusive hotel)

1. Plates, cutlery, glasses are almost never washed (dirt, streaks, stains)
2. Cooking at the bar and kitchen without gloves. (well, apparently without a hat, judging by the hair in the food)
3. Frankly spoiled products. (we all three got poisoned)
4. Tables are not cleaned at all. Flies fly, animals (cats) roam, and no one thinks to drive them out.
5. There are no such signs either.
6. There are sand and stains in the glasses on the bar.
7. Meat, fish, seafood are absent. There is only chicken.
8. Fruits are vile and rotten.
9. The water from the cooler is stagnant. After that, it might get worse. Take ONLY bottles.
10. Alcohol is only local and never available.
Rooms.
1. The rooms are very old, the furniture is dilapidated, if you sit incorrectly, it will fall apart.
2. Dirt, streaks, dust, stains are all for everyone.
3. The floors are not washed at all. For all our stay washed 1 time and then at the request.
4. Linen is dirty, do not change.
5. Towels are dirty, do not change. They wrote a note in 2 languages ​ ​ to change the towel. Gave 3 sets. For ignorant hotel workers, set: large, small + for legs. When you turn on the shower, water flows all over the bathroom. I spoke about towels at the reception for 3 days !!!! ! They say that the maids can not cope, dear, this is not the concern of the tourist, but the hotel! Only on the 3rd day after the hysteria with the obscenity they gave 6 dirty towels and after even more hysteria they brought 3 small clean towels in a package.
6. Insects in the room, although we did not store food.
7. Turning off water and light on an ongoing basis.
8. Telephones do not work throughout the hotel (as they said at the reception not to call with complaints).
Hotel.
1. At the reception, everyone is very arrogant and impudent, no one even tries to help you. Rude and rude.
2. The whole hotel is in a terrible state. When you ask to show documents about "stardom" they keep silent. According to the confidant of the owner, the hotel has 4 stars and they have not been accredited.
3. No one is responsible! Theft all over.

4. Contingent: mostly representatives of the former USSR, + Turks. Europeans will not set foot in this viper.
5. The staff is VERY POOR in languages. Russian with a stretch, no English at all.
6. Animals constantly roam, to which the staff says: if you don’t like it, kick it out.
Sea.
1. The beach is 1.5 km from the hotel. If you want to walk on your own - on foot from a steep mountain, + cross the track. WITH CHILD!!!
There is a shuttle service at the hotel. The psychic driver is carrying you and 20 other people in a 10-person cattle truck at +40. It's amazing that no one has died on a trip like this yet.
2. The beach is very small, there are not enough sunbeds for everyone. Pebbles + huge boulders in the sea. Actually, we spent money and went to Alanya to relax in normal conditions and on the sand!
Think 100.000 times before you go to this viper!
