In short, everything that your imagination can come up with terrible about the hotel - it has EVERYTHING! (except that I did not see cockroaches and rats). What would you understand (reading the review below) I am an optimist in life and it is difficult to surprise me with something...
It all starts with check-in, dirt at the reception. Until we were settled, we went to the bar to have a bite to eat and drink from the road. Beer was poured into glasses dirty with fingers and dried foam. I asked for a pizza plate - they took it out to me from a dirty pile, rinsed it and gave it wet and a roll of paper towels so that I could wipe it myself. The vending machine ran out of drinks, the kids didn't even have water.
Then we went for lunch. As my husband said, in Ukraine, hard workers are fed better at the factory. The canteen is very dirty. After 15 minutes from the start of dinner, there was already nothing to eat. There were greens, baklava and burnt soy cutlets (for which there were 20 people in line).

My children ate nothing but tomatoes, cucumbers and cakes for lunch.
We didn’t have to wait for a good thing from the room, as expected there was a fungus in the bathroom, 4 towels for 4 people. which have never been changed. Vacationers even stole from safes. This is the norm for this hotel.
The road to the beach, if you walk through the cemetery. . . and the distance is far. The beach is disgusting. We didn't go to it again.
There is still a lot to write about: there was no toilet paper (I took it from the public toilet to the room), I asked for a pillow for the child all day, they brought it at night. The light is constantly cut down, and the generator is under the windows and it is simply impossible to sleep when it is running. and there were a lot of moments....In other reviews you will find everything)))
If you arrived with a fortune, the guide will offer you to move to another hotel with a surcharge, will offer to pay from 500 to 1000 dollars. (or from 380 Euro). You will be moved from one hellhole to another with a surcharge. Read about hotels before agreeing to move. As I understand it, they have such a scheme, to change places of all the dissatisfied. From the operator (where I took this tour) all these hotels that they offer you in one burning offer at one price !!!
From the good: after complaints, the chicken began to appear (sometimes), they began to periodically clean the pools. And a very good animator, a guy from Egypt (respect to him), only there is little animation....But only he smoothed out all the horror of staying at the hotel.
Therefore, we resigned ourselves to the situation and took buses 1 and 101 to Cleopatra Beach. The beach is amazing, very clean and beautiful. We made our own rest and the prices for food in the center are also very reasonable. If you are a hostage of the situation - I advise you to score and enjoy the city!
