We are from Ukraine. We were in Diamond at the end of September. I really liked the hotel. We chose the hotel for a long time, read millions of reviews. And as soon as we read about Diamond, we decided to go there.
1) The road to the hotel takes (+-) 2.5 hours. But when you do not pay attention to it, then time passes quickly. If you still listen to the guide, you look around at the beautiful views near the territories lying to Antalya. Alanya itself, where the hotel is located, is a very nice and beautiful city. Low houses, many shops, cafes, long beaches, hotels. Diamond is not located in the city center, but you can get there by bus a couple of stops.
2) Check-in at the hotel after 15.00; of course a long wait if you arrive in the morning. But the wait is worth it. They offered to pay for a room with sea access, but did not insist. We didn't need a sea view. We decided to save money on the tour. We arrived at the hotel, handed over our luggage to the baggage room, we were immediately put on hotel bracelets and told that we can use everything that is on site. And this is a pool, bars, sauna, and of course a restaurant. We just made it to breakfast : )
3) The number is identical to the photos! very cozy and comfortable. Clean. Clean towels, disposable shower gel-shampoo everything was there. The only thing I didn't really like was that there was no tray in the shower. Water splashes all over the tub. a simple pallet with high edges would suffice there. This is a hint for the hotel administration for greater customer convenience))))
4) What I want to put 5+++++ is for food. Diamond's chefs are just magic. Everything is delicious and exquisite. There was enough food. Appliances too. Tables too. If you had to wait until the table was removed, it's just some couple of minutes. The waiters are great. always at hand). Food for every taste. You can also eat near the pool and on the beach. Husband loved the ice cream and grilled fish.
5) The territory of the hotel was enough for us. The pool is large, there is a gym, a large reception area. Some said that the hotel has no territory. Yes, there is no large territory, but it is cozy, comfortable and convenient to place. The hotel has elevators. Terrace bar on the 10th floor. The night view of Alanya is just a buzz! If you are traveling in September, then take a jacket to the terrace bar, it is very cold in the evening))
6) Beach. . . beach.... beach. . . Special thanks to Ali. He was at hand when needed. There were enough sun beds for everyone on the beach. Umbrellas too. Who did not want to lie, he was sitting in a bar on the beach under a canopy. The hotel beach is a narrow beach line. But we had enough. Next time you need to grab special shoes for entering the water. It hurts so much to stand on pebbles. There are no problems with shoes))) The sand itself is soft. The beach is clean, thank you all too Ali)))
7.1. Room service, in the restaurant, in the lobby, at the reception is good. Cleaned up almost every day. Clean towels, soap accessories are added. I read here that there is no service, but no - everything is clean and comfortable. What do you need from a service? Purity! ! Clean room girl always politely warns that he wants to clean. If you don't want it, it will come tomorrow. Or just change the towels and add what you need. What someone was dissatisfied with, I don’t know, everything suited us.
7.2. Animation for 4-ku. I can't say anything good or bad. Special thanks to Nate, who gathered everyone for exercise. A very positive girl. It's always nice to see them : )
8) Separately about excursions. They took only one from the guide to the Aquapark (the one that is cool in Belek). Not very happy with the trip. Collected. Late for departure. They didn’t tell anything, they put on bracelets and how the kittens were thrown into the sea. No where to you... no booklets. Although other groups had everything with other operators. Separate excursions were taken in the Ministour, which is near the hotel (Thank you very much to Jamal). Hammam in the hotel for one $ 35. And we were given the same hamam 35 for two. and liked it very much. We also went with him on a yacht, on diving and on a sightseeing tour of Alanya in jeeps!
