We traveled together. We arrived at the hotel at 12:15 pm. , the room was already settled at 13h. 30m. The room got a good one, the fifth floor, a view of the sea and the pool. The boorish attitude at the reception was not noticed, although the Russian girl Katya, who works there, does not shine with hospitality! The next day, they saw how they settled drunk, not standing on their feet, cursing Russian tourists. The staff has plenty of patience, I would not have settled such people at all !! ! Ashamed! What kind of good attitude can you expect after such a thing?
Everything is brand new in the room, but the audibility is something, at first it was even frightened. Bed linen was changed every day, and with some kind of ambush with towels, then they won’t give one, then another. The mini bar is filled daily (fanta, sprite, cola, beer, mineral water).
The food is not ah, but quite normal, meat (pork or beef) was given once a day, for dinner or lunch, and chicken in all forms and always in abundance, besides the liver and heart. From fruits, apples, oranges, watermelon, apricots , and some other incomprehensible, orange with stones, but quite edible!

The beach was not very pleasant, the sun loungers are too close to each other, the sea is good, fine sand.
The water park is excellent, for everyone there is a slide to taste, for cowards and daredevils. But you need to watch the children, as there are no special personnel for the water park. I didn’t feel the cod slides under me, everything was fixed perfectly!
Everything is poured in bars (martinis, Baileys, whiskey, rum, gin, etc. ), but local production, Efest beer. There is only one 24-hour bar, on the ground floor. The waiters are beaming with good nature, joking, smiling!
There is a 24-hour cafe, on floor L, where you can always have a bite to eat (pizza, hamburgers, salads).
Ice cream is served from 10 a. m. to 8 p. m. , very tasty, there were definitely seven types, eat as much as you want, they will impose as much as you ask, at least one kind, at least a mix!
Natural juices only for money!!!
We visited the Spa, I really liked it, really specialists work, I’ll advise you at the expense of the cost, if you take some kind of course - bargain, the price can be knocked down twice!
Wi-Fi is weak, but simply no! I had to go to an Internet cafe ($ 6 per hour).
Of course the hotel is not ULTRA, but a normal five!
