rested as a family of 2 adults + 1 child in June-July 2010 (I wrote a review immediately upon arrival from vacation, but unfortunately I accidentally deleted it, so I rewrite it on a new one). I really liked the hotel. There was great animation - all day the animators (Thanks to Cheri, Nati, Mike and Charlie) were busy with the children, you can safely leave the child by the pool and go about your business, and in the evening they also arranged concerts for adults. And everything was very diverse, every evening some new idea or competition. Vacationers were half Russians, the second half-Czechs, Serbs, Croats, Turks. The hotel is small, but that doesn't bother us at all. The room has everything you need. Restaurant on the 6th floor - the view from the windows to the sea and the beach is super. The food is good, there was fish and chicken (of course, the meat is not enough, but the price of the hotel is not very expensive, so no problem), salads, fruits, sweets. Alcoholic drinks are all good too. Tuborg beer is excellent. The hotel itself is small, nice and cozy. In principle, there is something to compare with - was in Kemer in 2008, paid much more for a 4-star hotel - and not to say that it was bad, but worse than here on all counts. A good hammam for a reasonable price, then my wife went for a massage - discounts - not expensive.
The beach is literally one minute from the room, sandy with small pebbles, the entrance to the sea is normal next to the right and left, they also rest from neighboring hotels - you can walk - no one will stop you, and in general there is no clear division between the beaches of the hotels. Sun loungers and umbrellas are free and enough for everyone. In the morning, put a towel or mattress on a sun lounger - you can come and go all day no one will take your place. About 30 meters from the shore there is a sandbank (the water is somewhere waist-deep) - it’s very cool to catch waves there. It is very interesting to swim with a mask - among the stones of a very bizarre shape, many beautiful fish swim and shells can be collected. Water sports are 100 meters to the left along the beach. A lot of things, I personally rode a parachute behind a boat with my daughter (in general, more because of her), both of them liked it, only a little expensive.
Everyone wrote about the rooms even without me, but just in case, the view was, albeit lateral to the sea, but also to the neighboring sympathetic hotel in antique style. TV, air conditioning, wardrobe, safe, in principle, everything is there. Cleaned every day, linen changed on time. Left a tip every other time. There is no refrigerator in the room, but there is no need for one.

Which is very good, the hotel is located in the middle of the city (in general, obagul is something like the outskirts of Alanya, the border between them is not visible just away from the center). In the evening you leave the hotel (it’s hot during the day) - beauty is all in the lights along any of the neighboring streets, which are all in cafes and shops, you go to the street behind the hotels, which is generally all of shops, agencies and restaurants. We went for walks almost every evening. Very strong atmosphere of the HOLIDAY.
Separately, I will say about the staff - an excellent team was selected - I met and made friends with a lot of people: with the director of the restaurant, and with the bartender Nadim, and even with the owner Umer (Martin) - all are excellent men and they understand Russian normally. Umer, in general, has a Ukrainian wife (by the way, the Turks, well, oh, they breathe very unevenly towards Ukrainian women, so keep the girls in mind... ) - accordingly, she speaks Russian perfectly. He does not consider it shameful to periodically work as a bartender serving tourists or to dine with everyone in a restaurant. This is exactly what a hotel owner should be like.
I took a jeep tour of Alanya in the Minister Tour, I liked it very much. And at night we visited the center, went to a disco, but it’s not very interesting with a child, so we just walked along the embankment and looked at the beauties, there is generally a whole block with nightclubs, it’s very colorful.
In general, the holiday was a success. Excellent combination of price and quality.
For those who are always dissatisfied with advice - rent a bungalow in a 5 * + hotel for 200 thousand rubles. a week and enjoy.
