We are a family of 3. Booked in February 2012 a ticket to Turkey, to Alanya, hotel Emir Fosse Beach, 3 stars, for the month of July.
They flew great. We arrived at the hotel on July 1 at 8-00. This is where our saga with resettlement began. Having read the reviews of this hotel in advance, we knew that it had some terrible rooms under the pool (the pool in the hotel is on the 2nd floor). Knowing that to get a good number, you have to give baksheesh, so we did. Ali met us at the reception with his charming translator Alina. We paid $ 25 and they promised to settle us in a good room, but the next day, tonight, they offered to sleep in a not very good room. We agreed. While they were waiting for the settlement, several similar families of 3 people arrived, they were Turks, Czechs, etc. and what seemed strange to us, they were immediately settled in good rooms. Finally, we were offered to go to our room, it was terrible: the room was damp, mold, a terrible stench from the sewer, nothing to breathe. I have an asthmatic child. We approached Alina and began to quarrel, it is simply impossible to stay in this room, we say, if you don’t put us in a normal room, we will spend the night in the hotel lobby. A representative of our travel agency Pegasturistik approached. We asked to explain why representatives of other nationalities are accommodated immediately and in good rooms, to which we were told: their rooms are reserved two days in advance, but let's say we booked a tour back in February. We realized that the representative of Pegasus is of no use, they can only breed money, and they demand tips everywhere, although neither the Turks nor the Czechs pay tips at all. In a word, only after the scandal we were offered another room, but a double room with an extra bed, though on the 3rd floor, without mold and with a good view from the window. And so we lived in this room for all 13 days, in cramped quarters and with resentment in our hearts for our compatriots. Subsequently, we saw that only Russians are allowed through these numbers, and mainly those who have purchased vouchers from Pegasturistic.
And now about the good. We visited excursions, bought vouchers from the Turks, it turned out to be 3 times cheaper than if we bought them from Pegasus, we got no less pleasure from the excursions.

The hotel had great food. The food was very tasty, a wide variety of dishes and sweets, delicious cocktails, many thanks to the chef and bartender.
The sea is beauty! The entry into the sea is sandy, you can sail 100 meters away, you can stand to rest on stone slabs, the water in the sea is clean. We almost always swam in a mask, saw many different fish, you can watch them for hours, a bewitching sight!
I would especially like to note the work of the animation team, you guys are Super! Every evening we were entertained with new programs, it was fun. During the day there were games and competitions by the pool every day, it was great. Every night they were taken to discos in various clubs in Alanya. And our chief animator Nati organized for us an unforgettable trip to Dimchay, a place filled with Turkish flavor, located on the banks of a mountain stream. We tried delicious trout while squatting in a Turkish restaurant, diving into an icy mountain stream. We spent an unforgettable day. I would like to say a huge thank you to all the animators: Nati, Vanechka, Inna, Irenchik.
At the hotel there is a wonderful bathhouse, a hammam, we visited, we were in nervana, thanks to everyone, especially Vlad and Tatyana.
In a word - we had a good rest, a normal 3-star hotel, if not for the resettlement and Pegasturistic.
Dear hotel owner, make utility rooms in the rooms on the ground floor, or sell them to your friends at the price of 2 stars.
Wish - compatriots do not agree to live on the first floor under the pool, respect yourself, you pay for your vacation the same as representatives of other countries and do not follow your tour operator's lead.
