Cleaning was every other day, towels were changed in my opinion 2 times in total, the bed every time the room was cleaned. Clean white linen, not washed, not torn. True, we left a tip. Our refrigerator worked. Useful information for those departing in room 303 of the old building, the air conditioner works without a key! The staff is friendly with a sense of humor, but they are all very young, almost all the same age as my son. The senior manager is only concerned with getting everyone out of the pool in time. And the fact that in the new building almost everything does not work (air conditioners, refrigerators), almost all the rooms were not cleaned, there was dirt in the corridors, he was of little interest. Some of the vacationers were able to incite a check on the hotel. A full raid began. They were not allowed to bring anything into the room, even water, in the bar without a bracelet (we took them off) they didn’t pour anything even water. Drinks began to be poured strictly one glass in one hand. The ashtrays were removed and signs were hung up saying that for smoking on the territory, a fine of $ 62 is true in Turkish)))). By evening, everything returned as it was, but the signs were not removed and the ashtrays were not installed. 3 days before our departure, something was messed with the water in the pool - it turned cloudy blue. My daughter had otitis media with a high temperature. Those who desperately shook the rights were "punished". The service is not intrusive. We are used to traveling by ourselves, so for us, the less we are attached to the hotel, the better. A complete scam with an excursion to Antalya (this is a type of shopping)! ! They take you to a jewelry center, where a dude hangs out behind you and waits for you to buy something (everything is more expensive than in Russia). They won't even let you just look. Then they are taken to the leather center. On the 1st floor everything costs $250 (short jackets), on the 2nd floor everything is much more expensive and you won't be able to bargain. The restaurant was a total nightmare. Twin is better. In short, it's better not to go and not waste time. About food at the hotel. We were satisfied. The meat was chicken, a lot of vegetables, and most importantly, everything is always fresh, they were not even afraid to eat salads with mayonnaise. There were no poisonings. Dishes are clean. The only fruit is watermelon. We bought fruits in the markets and shops. Everything is cheap there, except for bananas and figs. Some were dissatisfied with the food, apparently at home in any weather they eat tons of meat 4 times a day and a variety of vegetables, just in huge quantities. But we are people from the Urals, our vegetables are seasonal and far from the cheapest. Our holiday was spoiled by the arrival of the guests. A crowd of ill-bred children, mothers drinking beer and wine non-stop. In the evening, these aunts could not go up to the room on their own. A boy of about 8 years old, decided to throw a glass at me just like that, he played like that, as it turned out later. Mom stood and looked at it quite calmly. And when I was indignant, I answered that the kid was just playing and there’s no point in making comments to him. Then two lesbians with children arrived. Everything would be fine, but one had something with skin that had ulcers all over her body, the hair on her head fell out in clumps. It was somehow scary to use a glass after such an aunt. But we left the next day. I was outraged by the guests shaking the rights. You didn't know where you were going? The Internet is full of reviews of tourists, read, this is your vacation! Where did they read about the animation, the children's table? Well, you can't be so gullible! Someone complained that they were deceived by a travel agency, again I want to say read the reviews of tourists, not tour operators. And lastly, when buying a ticket, pay attention to the price. Even in 3 stars the prices are different. Cheap is not good. There was a hotel near us, too, the trio couldn’t remember the name, they called it Loshar. There is animation, slides, water aerobics, pancakes, rolls, a large pool + 2 small ones, a beautiful restaurant. Well, the price is correspondingly much more expensive.
