Arrived with my husband the day before yesterday! The hotel is just fabulous! Unrealistically beautiful!! ! Service at the highest level! everyone says that checking into a room is a terrible torment, believe me, this is not about this hotel! We were greeted, seated at a table, treated to champagne and filled almost everything ourselves. In 10 minutes we were already in the room! All the beauty that you see on the hotel website is true!! ! Any of your whims is executed with lightning speed by the staff - this is a huge plus. Everyone is very welcoming and friendly, although they do not always understand what you are saying : ) 90% of vacationers are Europeans, 70% of them are Germans. For those who go to the hotel in the hope of meeting someone - a complete bummer : ))) Almost everyone rested with their families, and if not families, they were Germans : ))) Food for every taste and color! Do not believe if they say that the food is bad or not enough, it's all nonsense!! ! Very tasty and a lot! A lot of meat of different types of cooking. The only thing I didn’t like was the free visit to a la cart - for a very long time, there is no menu at all, it’s better to eat in a restaurant : ))) I can’t say anything about the animation because I never went there : )) But others said that it was very cool. The entrance to the sea is absolutely not annoying! Will definitely go back with a group of friends! Have a great holiday!
