Good afternoon, we arrived at the hotel on 06/21/2019 at 21:00-21:15, immediately filled out the cards, gave out bracelets, and said to run for dinner as there were 15 minutes left before the end.
We settled in a room on the 9th floor with a sea view, the room is good, clean, new furniture, the room was cleaned every day (tip was $ 2-5). The animation of the hotel did not like everything is boring and primitive, always the same Music gets bored every day, there is no variety.
As for the service, here in more detail, in my opinion, there is not enough service person, because during the 8 days of stay at the hotel the waiter never came up and offered drinks or appliances that were constantly not on the tables, (but oddly enough there were separate tables where the waiters rushed like crazy to the guests, they brought them tables and chairs as soon as they arrived, that's why there is such a division of the class of people ??? ? a lot of people, yes I understand, but you can hire more staff so that every hotel guest receives attention
