I never write reviews about hotels, but this time it's hard to resist. Dear tourists, I have repeatedly chosen hotels myself, focusing on the description of the hotel and reviews, but for the first time I did not get what I expected at all. I am sure that all the laudatory reviews about this hotel are written by the hotel representatives themselves, because not everything is so rosy. Let's start with the good. We rested from 29.04 to 8.05. The most beautiful thing is the weather. It was really very warm, not a single lost day. The hotel is really very beautiful, everything glitters and sparkles, the rooms are spacious. The place is small, but there is enough space for everyone. The lobby bar has good coffee. The Atrium Bar has imported spirits. But. . . This is where all the pluses end. The food does not correspond not only to a 5 * ultra hotel, but also just 5 *. The maximum is 4*. From meat - chicken and turkey, only 2 times there was lamb. Moreover, when they decided to fry it on the street on the grill, then 1) they smoked the whole hotel, 2) they gave "one hand" 2 tiny pieces, i. e. if you need to take 5 people, then bring all 5 people ( This is the first time I've seen such a show. From fish - only 2 times there was trout, the rest of the time - something similar to herring, a couple of times there was mackerel and a couple of times red fish, very similar to pink salmon. Vegetable side dishes are not enough. From seafood - 2 times there were stewed mussels (even squid was not). Never had a piece of either salted or smoked fish. Fruits - oranges and apples (which are even in 3 * hotels), only 3 times there was strawberries and the rest of the days there was watermelon. But that is not all. The most interesting thing happens in the evening. In fact, absolutely nothing interesting happens. In bars where there are about 70-100 people at the same time, only 1 bartender works. That is, once you stand in line, you won’t go again - you won’t have enough patience. And all this happens in silence. In the literal sense - even quietly the music does not play (music plays in the toilets, but not in the bars). 2 times we were indignant about this, respectively, 2 times the music played. In general, many were outraged about this, but to no avail. And so the guests in silence will drink to themselves slowly and by 10 pm everyone will go to their rooms. The disco is also very interesting. . The level of decebels exceeds all permissible norms. There is even an announcement in front of the entrance saying that the noise level is dangerous to health. We only had enough for 2 times, in the morning it was a very terrible state. Moreover, with a total number of guests in hotels of about 1500 people, there are not even 100 people at the disco (this says a lot). But the hotel staff don't care. Scattered around the numbers - and fine. I won’t even describe the visit to the fish a la carte, I was very ashamed of the hotel, it was just shameful. Another one of the cons. Midges and mosquitoes are badly poisoned on the territory - so take ointment with you, but rather tell the reception right away, then they will put the device in the room, we endured for four days, for which we paid with a lot of bites. The service is otherwise, in principle, not bad, but in the last three days, when the hotel was completely full, during dinner they didn’t even have time to clean the tables (not to mention bringing drinks) and for some reason they didn’t clean the trash cans on the beach, and they didn’t put umbrellas in their place (they were removed, because there was a strong wind in the evening), and umbrellas have a peculiar design, and they all have it too. . . The tourists had to fend for themselves. Umbrellas are all loose, they must be thoroughly propped up with something heavy. Once before our eyes such an umbrella fell on 2 elderly German women. Well, Russian men can not only drink, but also react quickly. In general, we were saved from all these minuses by being a company. And if there were two, the impression would be much worse. And I want to say to the managers and owners of the hotel that with such management, the next year you will have problems filling the hotel and there can be no question of any price increase (as new hotels always do for 3-4 years).
