I read good reviews and don’t understand if people don’t understand what a 5 * hotel is, if they really are guys from Chelyabinsk and Togliatti, who, drunk to the state of disgusting, yelled “We are from Togliatti "and" Chelyabinsk rules!! ! ". Alas, maybe this is their level. I have vacationed in Turkey for 7 times. There were always 5 * and 2 times 4 *. This hotel is 3*+ in my opinion. That year, my friend rested in it and she was shocked by what I was telling. She didn't have anything like that around. There were other animators, different disco music, different service. In general, this year the attitude towards Russians is much worse there. And this is understandable, more such “We are from Chelyabinsk” and then we will be considered pigs everywhere. In the guest book, foreigners even wrote that Russian pigs and left a picture of a pig with a bottle of vodka and beer. Thank you dear Russian citizens for this!! ! I have never seen such cattle in any hotel in the WORLD! And I have traveled to many countries.
Just this time I wanted to stay in all inclusive and as it was written a cheerful hotel. But in reality it turned out not to be so.
Accommodation. A complete nightmare! We arrived at 8 am. We were given a room at floor 12 with 1 window, no balcony, room 3226, it was not even on the list of rooms. When I got there, I realized that it was previously a utility room, from which, apparently, a number was hastily made. My husband smokes so he needs a balcony. Nowhere does it say that the hotel has rooms without balconies. And then it's 5*, and the balcony is a normal part of the room. Not sophistication. I went to the reception, explained, and they tell me, if you want a balcony, then this is an SUPPLEMENT!! ! $30 per day. And this is a view of the road! We were shocked. I say - the standard for the standard comes with a surcharge ?? ? Also, representatives of the tour operator began to say (Pegasus) that I had a bad agent, that she should have written that you need a room with a balcony and like you yourself are to blame for everything.

During further dismantling, we were threatened by the police and told that when we had served a few days in the precinct, we would agree to any number!! ! Here is the attitude. And this is a tour operator that should protect our interests. I called my agent, she was shocked by what she heard, she said that we should take a sea view with a surcharge and that she would deal with the tour operator and the money would be returned to us for this surcharge. Our friends were not given a number at all. People arrived later, they were settled faster, and silence for friends. At half 3 in the afternoon, we began to swear because of friends. Why don't you give them a number? In response, the number is not ready. After much scolding, they were given a number. Let's go look, take them out of the hotel, and take them to the cottages! Gave room 5108, Lake House, with 2 pools! I was shocked. Apparently my agent is very bad, that they gave us a utility room, and they gave my friends a suite! Went to reception. I say - they say guys, you gave our friends a suite after swearing,
and you can’t even give us a regular room with a balcony! Moreover, the guys did not pay anything for the suite. The answer is, well, they got lucky. But you don't. Great answer! We fight again. As a result, with grief, they knocked out a sea view in half with an additional payment for 15 days of $ 580 at their frantic rate (it turned out for 16 thousand). Well, we didn't care. If only they were already settled. At half past 5 pm we got into the room. And as it turned out in the worst view of the sea. Side room, 3 by 3 meters, sofa, bedside table and armchair. It's hard for 2 people to separate. But I thought that all the rooms are like that, and then I realized, only those that are in the very corners. In the middle, even the view of the road, the rooms are large, with 1 large bed, 1 small bed, 2 bedside tables, a sofa. We didn't dream of it. In general, accommodation as lucky. But few were lucky. Since it was clear from swearing with the administration and tour operators that, alas, such an attitude is only towards Russians, Ukrainians and Belarusians. And all unanimously say your agents are bad.
Could pay extra when buying a tour of 25 euros and you would have been given a room immediately upon arrival. Type of service - early check-in. For some reason no one knew about it. I wonder where it is written?? ? It looks like it was made on the spot. Many thought that this was extortion of money. Let it be on their conscience. But PEGAS behaved very badly!! ! Doesn't protect or help its tourists!! ! The same was seen in the address of the Tez Tour. When other tourists argued with them. Dear, you work for us and for our money, so be kind enough to help US, and not hotel representatives who allegedly say that there are no rooms. There are numbers, only Pegasus needs to work normally, and others too.
Nutrition. The average. In the early days there were strawberries, and then disappeared. And it appeared after the May holidays, when almost all Russian-speaking tourists left and 90% of Europeans stopped by. Toli coincidence, toli attitude towards us....Judge for yourself. There is a choice, BUT the same thing every day.

Of the benefits of freshly squeezed juice for breakfast, porridge, delicious donuts, delicious soups. But it's a very small dining room, you can't even call it a restaurant. Sometimes dirty dishes came across, glasses with lipstick from another person... In clean dishes near juices. And it's 5*! When the weather was bad, the tables on the street were closed, and the whole crowd tried to accommodate in a covered room. Believe me, it's worse than in the school cafeteria. Swearing because of the seats is constant, you can look for a table for 15 minutes and not find it. I had to leave and come back at 9pm to eat. Then they began to take a queue near the entrance. We arrived 10-15 minutes before the opening of the dining room. I don’t know who saw 5 * here, but definitely not me and not my friends.
Delicious shawarma on the street and cakes))) This was often replaced by breakfast or lunch.
Service. Not bad during the day, and smile at you, and they will serve you well. But in the evening there are a lot of people, and there are very few bartenders and waiters for such a hotel.
Sometimes a cocktail had to wait 10-15 minutes in line. The people stocked up specifically to have enough for the next hour. Because standing in this line for drinks is awfully long. For a crowd of people 1 bartender! Even in 4 * serves 2 bartenders in the bar. Yes, the people are fine with them, but these people wash the dishes, crush the ice, remove dirty glasses, and there is 1 bartender and 1 girl who walks around the hall and collects orders, which also takes 15 minutes to wait. In my opinion this is not 5 *! Moreover, when our tourists moved out, the service became better, 1 more bartender came to the Lobby bar. That's interesting, why it was impossible to add a bartender during the May holidays, when there are a lot of our tourists who drink decently and it would be necessary to serve quickly... Make a conclusion. By the way, there was a scandal in front of our eyes in the bar where Alya Carta was. The bartender was rude to our tourist, they even called the administration. The bartender was really rude. I decided,
that Russian pigs can offend a tourist.
Binge. Not bad. Mojito saved the rest))) A lot of good cocktails, whiskey, gin, etc. Of the imported cognac was Napoleon in a restaurant where Ala Carte and some imported whiskey. But again, I rested in other 5 *, where the booze was better, and the prices were the same as in this hotel and there was a real Baileys, not Irish Cream. Baileys is here for extra money, and Irish cream is poured under him. There is champagne (dry) and martini. In general, I will not find fault. Drinking is normal.

Cleaning. After swearing on 1 day of rest, we were lucky with this. On the first day they brought a bottle of wine and fruit. They didn't bring it to our other friends. Moreover, 1 couple arrived a week later and they also did not bring anything like that. We cleaned well, put soap every other day, replenished shampoos, even when we didn’t use it. Towels were changed, bed linen was changed frequently, as soon as it gets dirty.
I just had a wound that bled and smeared the bed. They changed constantly. They made swans, flowers on the curtains. It doesn't matter if you tip or not. We did not give the first 5 days. Then they thanked us with 5 dollars. Then again they didn't. And then they gave again. In general, we had no problems with this. BUT my friends had problems. Cleaned badly at Lake House. Just wipe the floor. Forget soap and shampoo! After 12 days, a friend went to swear, because they had not cleaned the room at all. Although they put a tip every day. For 1-2 dollars. But they did not make any swans or flowers. Their cleaning was disgusting, the bathroom, toilet and sink were not even washed. After arguing with the administration, on the last day they made a swan and put new soap. Alleluia! Separately, I want to say about Lake House. The humidity is terrible. The leaves of magazines folded into a tube from moisture, the guys slept for 12-14 hours and could not get up. The humidity is terrible, the smell is rotten. And the bathroom was leaking.
Although the room itself was large with a bath and shower. As a result, the guys washed in the shower. And it didn’t even have shelves for soap accessories, I had to get out of the shower all the time, climb into the bathroom, get shampoo, put it on the floor, then back. Brad is complete. In general, they let a sparkle in the eyes with this number, but in essence it is disgusting. It is impossible to breathe in it. Mold stinks horribly.
Territory. Here the taste and color as they say. It’s small for me, the sunbeds lie side by side, it’s difficult to turn them over. And I sunbathe properly, in the sun, sometimes it was difficult to move the sunbed because of the neighboring sunbeds. Moreover, towels were simply lying on them, and the people did not come at all. Dear tourists, well, if you do not come to the beach, but drink at the bar all day, why take sunbeds and not give other tourists the opportunity to sunbathe normally! The pier is normal, the sun loungers are nice. BUT really when the service in the hotel is bad, the hotel itself is not so hot,

and there is nowhere to go, there is no territory, and outside the hotel there is nothing interesting, alas....You will think about next time taking a hotel with a territory, so that at least with your company you can retire under a palm tree on the lawn.
Entertainment. None!! ! Sluggish animators, terrible disco, disgusting evening shows. The video ad shows that singers, dancers, a fakir show, belly dance, acrobats are coming, but we didn’t have anything of this in 15 days. Not once did the road show come. Apparently, again, they decided that from May 1 to May 10 there will be only Russian tourists who get drunk, they won’t appreciate spending money on invited guests anyway. But not everyone is like that! We went for normal entertainment, we love beautiful shows, we go to them regularly. And even after the end of the May holidays, this was not the case. Then why does the advertiser show where all this is?? ? Or it was 1 year, they lured tourists, and then there was no reason. They'll still be here anyway.
The animators are dead, they don't even walk around and don't offer to participate in the games. Who lies next to their booth, they hear. And if you are 20 meters away from them or on the pier, then you will not take part, because you will not even know what is happening. They have a program, but for some reason in time it does not coincide with their act. It was written, darts at 15.45, came at 15.30, and it just ended! Cool?? ? That is, they do not go and do not invite to participate, and according to the schedule it is not possible to navigate. Then we caught an animator with a gift and played 2 times. But not interesting. Other hotels come up with more fun rules. Went to water aerobics. Invited to the pool on the street, waited with the girls for 15 minutes, no one was there. Then I decided to look at the indoor pool and saw what was going on there. And most importantly, I asked the animator, where will it be? She showed me the pool outside. While waiting, I asked the other, she also confirmed. And ended up in the indoor pool. Here's how to understand it???
Put up an ad. The water aerobics was creepy. Without music. In this pool, children splashed in parallel. It was just a set of exercises and ran in a circle. We didn't go anymore. In other hotels it is much cooler, with music and more organized. And no one at this moment is splashing with children in this pool. The disco is terrible. House music up to floor 1, and then sometimes they can put on 2 of our songs with techno processing. And they put on Turkish modern music, which is impossible to dance to. If only Tarkan was installed, but no. A friend approached the DJ and asked to play normal European or our music. They say that here 90% of Russians rest in May. And he directly said that it was impossible to stage our songs until 1 o'clock in the morning. Like this (((But when many Europeans arrived, they played their music, from which they simply dragged themselves, but we did not understand what it was. Apparently this is a German folk folklore.

Music breaks ears simply from loudness. At the entrance there is a sign saying "Loud music at this disco may affect your hearing. " Oh how! Cool apparently for 5 *! In the early days, the disco had air conditioning, but then either it was turned off, the roofing felts broke, and it was terribly stuffy to dance. In general, disco really upset us - lovers of dancing and listening to dance music. But citizens from Chelyabinsk, Syvtyvkar, Tyumen and other cities of our great and my beloved country apparently enjoyed this disco. At the exit, shouts of “Chelyabinsk rules! "and" Syvtyvkar!! ! ' talked about it. People, relatives, loved ones, well, why show where you are from and behave like that ?? ? We are not yelling “Muscovites, light it up! “Whatever one may say, but apparently in the outback it’s so accepted... Or maybe it’s just the first time they escaped abroad and such delight. In Alanya I think too. It’s boring there to eerily, there’s nowhere to go out, the views are ugly (the mountains are very beautiful in Kemer, the beaches are sandy in Belek, but there’s nothing here). We have never had such a nightmarish stay in a luxury hotel. Apparently Turkey no longer loves the Russian tourist as much as before and is doing everything possible to show us this. Although maybe we deserved it... But alas, we wanted to get a good rest. But it didn't. Although, of course, the change of scenery was beneficial... But it would be nice to know in advance. Saved only by a group of friends, dominoes, cards and mojitos.
