I am now in the lobby bar of this very hotel on the 20th day of my stay here, awaiting departure and I want to share the simmer. I'll start in order. There are three of us: me, my wife and son (9 months old). I summarize immediately for those who do not like to read a lot - WITH SMALL CHILDREN CATEGORICALLY NO !!!
Reception: we arrived at night with suitcases and a stroller. Delivered without question. We were greeted at the reception with a smile and with it we were given a room without a balcony on the 9th floor, despite the fact that the elevator only goes up to the 8th! ! (we didn’t hide it with the stroller) At night, there was no strength and desire to fight for the truth, the battle for a better life was postponed until the morning, when they were sent for another day of waiting for “weather by the sea” and some manager. It's in the order of things here: "come tomorrow. " As it turned out a couple of days later, when I asked the poor fellows who were crowding at the reception in an attempt to change their rooms, we still had not the worst option. People had rooms in basements with no windows at all. So a replacement. Upon the advent of the notorious manager and with my fluent knowledge of English, I managed to get a replacement. The first was offered with a balcony tightly closed by a wall - refused. The second - with a balcony about 50 cm wide. We stopped on it.
Rooms: The rooms are good except for their small size. Inside, everything is done quite decently and effectively. They provided a baby cot with no questions asked.

San. knot: everything is also more or less, except for the regularly flowing hot water from a cold tap, and this happens so suddenly that there is always a risk of scalding in the shower. This was the case in both rooms.
View: View not bought. With a view of the road with an open window, it is very noisy to live.
Food: extremely scarce. My wife was 7 times in Turkey, I was 5. We know what we are talking about. Tap water for tea. It's like drinking from a pool.
The beach (if you can call it that): is about 60m with huge stones at the bottom. Of these 50 m, 30 are allocated for water activities, and therefore boats scurrying back and forth, approaching the shore at an impressive speed, do not allow the use of this place for swimming. I don't know how no one has been hurt yet. The remaining 20 meters are occupied by everyone who comes with children and who does not want to swim from the pier. The result - the coast of Sochi in the best years (the apple has nowhere to fall). For some reason, this area is always sooooo dirty. We had no choice. Because of the child were always there. Everything else is swimming from the pier. I must admit that the sea here is very clean. This made me very happy.
Show: never visited it, but judging by the reviews it is very worthy. It rarely happens that you regret not visiting some hotel show. This has happened to me here more than once.
Territory: none! ! The whole area is a pier. So there is absolutely nowhere to walk with a stroller, and even without it. As well as finding silence, except in the room, you will not succeed. Personally, I almost got into a fight with a DJ who was testing the sound to the fullest (and the technique here is good) when my son was trying to sleep. The sun loungers on the pier are leather and you can’t sit on them in the evening, all are wet from condensation.
Check-in is from 14:00 or 16:00. Constantly a bunch of people with things sleeping in the lobby, because there is nowhere to go. The number will also be extended with great luck. We have a flight today at 23:50 to St. Petersburg, with a fight and under the guise of a son, they gave us an extension until 16:00. They say the hotel is full.

In general, "Exclusive Hospitality" in all its glory. It should be noted that we met one couple from Chelyabinsk, who are generally satisfied with everything and for the first time in Turkey, though they immediately complained about the lack of baby food. It consists of dishes from the common table, only exposed outside under the sign "children's table" and in a much smaller number of items: pepper cutlets and other dishes for the child, of course, are not edible.
The hotel is really new, but already quite dead. Or that's how it was done in the first place. The surroundings are normal, but take a closer look....
All in all, maybe we're picky. Come see for yourself : )
Oh wow, totally out of my head! I wanted to call this epic "rest while waiting for the elevator" (I heard exactly the same phrase from several other people waiting nearby). For the first time in my life, I ran after the elevator, like after a departing bus, and waited for 10 minutes!
