I went with a friend, her mother and grandmother. We arrived at the hotel at 2 o'clock in the afternoon. We were put into rooms almost immediately, but what kind of rooms. We took rooms without a sea view and were very sorry in the end. in some basement (we immediately asked to replace it, we were told to wait until tomorrow), the second one arranged, only the strong smell of tobacco was very embarrassing (it was taken out the next day). The first room was replaced the next day, and even at the request of the mother of a friend, they gave rooms nearby! In conclusion about the reception, you can achieve something, but you have to spend a lot of nerves and go to them every 2 hours!
If you are traveling with children or want a beach, then you should not consider this hotel!
The animation leaves much to be desired. When some guest performers came, there were wonderful shows, and the animators themselves could not come up with anything on the road! That's probably all the big minuses!
