We rested with a family of 2 adults + 2 children (6 and 9 years old) at the end of July 2021. The hotel is so-so, it’s definitely not 5k, maybe a weak 4k. The building itself and the territory is clearly focused on a high level of recreation, and probably before the closing of the hotel it was so. But now this is the only thing that resembles a good hotel. Everything that is written bad in the reviews is pure truth - very poor service, unsanitary conditions, dirt on the territory and the almost complete lack of cleaning in the rooms, wild queues in restaurants - everything was like that during our vacation. What caused the most discomfort to our family: - huge queues in the restaurant and the lack of free tables. Meals turned into a challenge "Take a table and get food. "To avoid this, you need to come at least 40 minutes after the opening of the restaurant, but at the same time, the queues will simply become a little smaller and catch a table. This is due to the fact that the hotel has two large restaurants, but only one works - on the 1st floor. Naturally, he alone is not designed for so many people. - Dirt. And she is everywhere. Terribly dirty and smelly toilets throughout the hotel. Not only that, in some of the toilets, the light turns on by a motion sensor for 20-30 seconds and you often remain in a closed booth in the dark until someone else jumps or enters the room. Dirt around the pool and sun loungers - not far from the place where we lay by the pool for 5 days there was a table on which the chocolate melted and no one wiped it. That truth did not prevent the Turks-holidays from using it. Rooms are not really cleaned - only toilet paper and soap and shampoo are added if needed. The maids don't have vacuum cleaners. The left $ or euro did not correct the situation. - Beach. It is large but unusable. The shore in the water is a stone slab with bumps and boulders. Even in calm it will be difficult to enter it, because. she is slippery. At the slightest wave, you are simply knocked down and carried over these stones. There is a small area where you can go, but there are naturally a lot of people out of desperation. And sunbeds with awnings are very far from the water. There is no pontoon like neighboring hotels. There was only one shower for washing yourself and your feet, which collected queues of people. Again, there is dirt all around. Vacationers took a nearby whisk and raked the sand on their own so that washing off the sand would not be a useless procedure. - Non-working a la carte restaurant. On the websites of travel agents and the hotel's website it is stated that it works. But no. Moreover, in my husband's DR, we were offered to buy a cake for the celebration at the hotel. Really? - Worthless coffee. It's not even Nescafe, it's something even worse. I made two attempts to try it and spit it back into the glass. - There are no normal juices - some Jupi soluble or similar chemistry. Hello from the 90s. - Snack bar. Inedible burgers from semi-finished products. You can eat with a stretch only fries and cakes that the aunt bakes on the spot. Even ketchup is just red starchy stuff. - Lack of Wi-Fi. The hotel promises free wifi in the lobby as a minimum. It theoretically exists, but it can connect to it from the 20th time and you won’t even be able to send a photo to the messenger. If you need to work - it's definitely expensive here to local telecom operators for a SIM card. - Misunderstandings with animation. We changed 3 teams. None of them provided anything of value to the children during the day except soku-soku-bachi-bachi for 10 minutes in the hot sun at 2pm. Although one of the teams tried to do something interesting, the microphone broke and the hotel was clearly not interested in fixing or replacing it, from which the animators chatted with the guests during the evening shows and of course gave up (no wonder with such an attitude). They were replaced by boring inactive girls with stone faces. What can be attributed to the pluses: - Rooms. Large, after cosmetic repairs. But also with nuances in the form of breakdowns. But! we were given a good room and settled a little early after $30. - Territory. If you put in order the area between the pools and the beach, it will be beautiful. Lots of space which is a plus. Not Egyptian scale, but ok. If you clean it up it will be fine. - Aquapark. He worked for us from 10 to 17 approximately and for children this is happiness, for parents salvation. - An assortment of food. Despite the crowds of people, there is enough food. Yes, a lot of semi-finished products. But normal food is enough - chicken, veal, turkey and various fish (there were definitely 4 species during the rest period). A lot of vegetables and herbs in their natural form, although there are also more than strange salads. Side dishes - rice, potatoes, pasta, vegetables of different types of heat treatment. Lots of sweets - most are just very sweet and monotonous, but we are not fans of that either. There are few pastries - a wadded baguette, for breakfast 1 type of buns (not always) and sometimes simites - if you have time for them. From fruits - melon, watermelon, plums, apples, oranges, sometimes grapes. Those. You can choose good healthy food - you will definitely not be hungry. Conclusion: if you are not embarrassed by pure service, dirt and crowds of people and you are ready to put up with it for the low cost of this hotel - you are here. If you can add $300 - buy something better)If we consider this holiday as an alternative to Ukrainian resorts, it's good. For this amount, we would have rested in obviously worse conditions and steamed about food. And of course, they would only sour in the pool, because what is happening with our seas can hardly be called seas. And yet there is something to do here - excursions, rafting, hammam, quad bikes - all this diversified our vacation and distracted us from the hotel. And not to be unfounded - video reviews shot by me for information to others. Be prepared for where you are going, unfortunately I did not find this information before booking the tour.
