Rested in the period from 06/30/21 to 07/06/21. I don't even know where exactly to start. I'll start with the good: the hotel is really new, everything is very beautiful, in marble. We arrived at the hotel at 06:10, immediately put on bracelets and said that from 07:00 you can go to breakfast. We were settled in the room at 11:00 without any tip, we got room 2203 in building B, no one had lived there before us, since the building had not yet been fully commissioned, and there were still traces of glue on the floor after the builders (generally cleaning was in a very haste to have at least somehow populate the tenants). We liked the room itself, everything is new, beautiful. View from the balcony to the mountains and side view to the right of the sea + very quiet in the evening. We also really liked the pool in the main building, the declared depth is 1.4 m + a large pool area, which allows the water in the pool to warm up very quickly and ensures comfortable swimming. During our stay, there were 5 bars open at the hotel: 1 near building B, 1 24-hour lobby bar, 1 near the main pool, 1 in the restaurant (only when breakfast is not open) and 1 on the beach.
There was animation for children and adults, there are also many children's water slides and several children's pools, there is a playroom for children where you can leave children with an animator for some time.
Now about the beach: I liked the fact that there is a sun cover, a lot of sun loungers with mattresses, all this is free.
Now for what I didn't like:
Internet: free only wired and then only in the lobby at the reception. If you want wi-fi, then $ 2 per day for 1 device, plus you will be blocked from accessing the tophotels website.
Number: shampoo, shower gel, water in the minibar (2 bottles of non-carbonated 0.5 liters each and 2 bottles of carbonated 0.25 liters each) water for tea 1.5 liters. replenished only after complaints about the reception. Housekeeping leaves a lot to be desired, and whether you leave a tip or not, it makes absolutely no difference.
Slippers, no bathrobes. Bed linen changed 1 time.
Food: if you are absolutely not picky about food, then you will like it. We, before that, were on vacation in a 4-star hotel, and saw that the food in the previous hotel was better than here. The meat was mostly chicken, sometimes there were cutlets (like lamb? ), the river fish was normal 1 time, and the fried mackerel was old, so it was impossible to eat it. But a separate story is the Turkish night: they served crayfish, it was something....first they took out a small dish and grabbed everything in 5 minutes, then people began to resent that somehow, bring more..... they brought it, but how it turned out they are simply impossible to eat, they are kind of old, as if they were caught from some smelly ditch, then they kept them in the freezer for at least a year, and then boiled them in slightly salted water for 2 hours, when opening the tail or claw, at first you are surprised at the emptiness inside , and then you find a bit of smelly rubber something... I don’t recommend such crayfish to anyone, and I’m especially sorry for those people who tried crayfish here for the first time... this is a trauma for life...
Of the sweets, delicious baklava, the rest is not very... Of the fruits were: apples, oranges and watermelon, on Turkish night they said that when the restaurant opened for dinner, there was even a little melon...

The sea was mostly with big waves, so it was quite problematic to enter the sea normally, as the waves knocked you down. I would not risk going there with a child if swimming in the sea was important!

The lies of the hotel administration were very annoying, what kind of 5 and UAL can we talk about, if even half of what is required for this level is NOT: the service is bad, at the reception very many poorly understand both Russian and English, the cleaners in the rooms do not understand anything except Turkish , if you leave the do not disturb badge, then they wanted to sneeze at it, they would bother anyway, at one in the morning they somehow wanted to settle other residents in our room, and they were not embarrassed that for some reason the door stubbornly did not want to open... they were breaking until the husband opened it.
