We traveled this year as a married couple. Before that, we had been vacationing in Turkey as a family for 14 years and only in 5* hotels. We chose Gypsophila Holiday Village because of the good reviews from 2024.
Advantages of the hotel: formally for 5* - not an exorbitant price; green, picturesque territory; large, clearly renovated rooms; spacious beach; good WiFi coverage and high speed Internet access; friendly reception and guest relations staff.
Disadvantages of the hotel: the quality of food is below average, with a conditional variety of dishes - they are cooked tastelessly, for the first time in 14 years of vacationing in hotels in Turkey, we had food poisoning; sausage and ham for breakfast are given out in two or three slices upon request; the hotel does not make coffee from beans and there is no mineral water (only ordinary carbonated water in vending machines); imported alcohol (we had UAL) did not come across our eyes; the sympathies of the restaurant staff and bartenders are clearly focused on German and Polish tourists; there are no toilets on the beach; the pier is without sun loungers and umbrellas, without a shower with fresh water and with inconvenient stairs into the water; beach towels are changed according to the painting; from bathroom accessories - only gel shampoo in a single bottle; in most buildings until late in the evening it is very noisy due to the activity of the animation by the pool or in the amphitheater.

Verdict: the hotel is designed for very undemanding Germans; the hotel's advantages cannot outweigh its disadvantages; I don't want to recommend the hotel.
