We arrived at the hotel at 11 o'clock, began to check in at 15 o'clock, they gave the keys to the rooms on the 6th floor, asked for the 2nd floor, they said that they would have to wait at least another 1 hour. Conclusion - not in a hurry to prepare the rooms for arrival.
The rooms are spacious, but dirty, the balconies were not washed at all, the bathroom is a must see - after a shower, all the floors are flooded with water, as there is no tray in the shower, moreover, the water leaves with difficulty. The corridors in the hotel are "CLEANED" daily: the carpets are swept with a broom, then the dust is all in the room, heaps of garbage swept away lie in the corners for weeks. The dishes that residents leave outside the door also stand for weeks - a feast for COCKROACHES (American cockroaches walk there! ).
Elevators are, of course, HISTORY! There are NO condos there - there is a button "turn on the airflow" - but this is ONLY a button! It takes a very long time to wait for the elevator, despite the fact that there are 6 of them in the hotel. We went down on foot, with a small child and a stroller, and to return to the room (to take the elevator) - we waited for 15-20 minutes.
The hotel lobby is huge, but there is a battle for a place and WI-FI, if you want to chat - go to the 1st floor, there fight for a place not on the floor, but on a chair and try to connect to the Internet - IF YOU CAN DO EVERYTHING FIRST TIME, YOU ARE A HERO!
Dining room: dirt on the floors and tables, dirty dishes, food is a complete disgrace!

Swimming pools: you need to take a place in the evening, which is what the tourists did, while for 2-3 days they did not appear on these sun loungers!
There are also not enough sunbeds near the sea, the people have adapted: some are on sunbeds, some are on mattresses, some are on towels (as in Sochi). The sand is dirty, the garbage is removed superficially, the sunbeds are not washed (they are in drinks, sticky), as are the mattresses.
Drinks: alcohol (HOLD ON - VODKA PRIMAKOV! - 15 degrees, WHISKEY -18 degrees), Beer - as usual, about nothing, good for sunbathing, watering. Jin and Rake are hard to find, but.... possible. With the ULTRO system, drinks are limited, everything except vodka at 23 o'clock you will not find anything. The child had a fever, they wanted to rub it with vodka, the husband ran around the WHOLE hotel, I DID NOT FIND alcohol - EVERYONE DRINKED! Tea and coffee in the evening is a problem, then there is no water, then there are no cups, glasses, then there are no DRINKS THESELF!
The child was poured milk from a coffee machine (squeezed), there is no milk in the hotel - there is colored water, under milk (even cold).
Ayran is a local drink, ITS HERE is not even around! We saw Turkish sweets 1 time in 12 days.
Fruits: watermelons, melons, oranges - and now is the season of nectarines, cherries - this is not (6 years ago, this was in hotels, well....eat, don’t eat! ) There were watermelon poisonings, an ambulance visited the hotel 2 times tourists were taken to the hospital!
There is a virus in the hotel: chickenpox, some kind of local one, all the children have been ill (symptoms: sore throat, high fever, rash on the skin in the form of urticaria, stomatitis) Doctors treat them like SARS!
