We stopped on the 29th at 10 am. We looked at the documents, vouchers, they said to wait for 14.00. Walking through the territory, I was horrified. We decided not to give a bribe for settling, but to wait in the lobby.
The hotel is terrible from the entrance, old, shabby. In the lobby, the furniture is old shabby, inconsistent, it seems that somewhere they bought a used one from several hotels. Around the dirt, which I have never seen anywhere in all my travels in any of the countries, in any hotel. I sent the child to the toilet to change her swimsuit, went in and was in a stupor. The toilets in the hall are dirty, I will not give details. There are empty bottles of normal alcohol at the bar and they are bottled with local body food. That is, for money you can’t choose what you want.
Territory! ! I almost sobbed, all faded, having nothing to do with their bright photos on the site. Plants, lawns are not well maintained. The playground is ugly. The territory itself is small.

And now the most interesting thing is that after waiting until 2 pm, the epic with the settlement began. We were told that we were not on the lists for settlement, and that this was not their problem, that they did not understand Russian at all, etc. But it was possible to check this back at 10 am!! ! We were not allowed to call the guide from the hotel. As a result, within an hour of arguing, they sent us a car to another hotel of the Hedef network, BUT it didn’t end there)))))) The main one explained something wrong to the driver and we arrived at the wrong hotel. As a result, we settled in from the 3rd time to the right Hedef))))
I am writing a review because I have seen enough in half a day: dirt, dead territory and everything around, the indifference of management. Nobody wants to decide anything, everyone just wants "baksheesh". Excuse me, but for what?
