We got to the hotel by accident (there were no rooms in the hotel we booked and the tour operator brought us here) The impression of the hotel was immediately formed! Before checking in, we were sent to dinner: there is no air conditioning in the so-called restaurant, all the food was sour from the heat, since dinner was coming to an end there was nothing to choose from; cutlery was laid out directly on tables without a tablecloth (the word hygiene is simply absent there); after dinner there was an attempt to figure out why we were here, but all the staff mowed down like a fool: we don’t understand all the questions for the guide, etc. , because the meeting with the guide was scheduled for the next day we were settled in the rooms! The rooms are just tin, there is dirt everywhere, water is only for a fee or from a cooler, the furniture is stripped, the towels are all stained, something lives on the balcony (whether birds or some insects, it looks like a beehive)! The beach (if it can be called a beach) is its own, the size is about 5 by 2, everywhere there are broken bottles, garbage, sunbeds are dirty, at the entrance to the sea there are huge blocks.... In general, the whole hotel is terribly dirty, the furniture is stained, the tables are greasy, the feeling that there is no cleaning at all! The staff simply does not work, it is, as it were, but there is no sense! The hotel is located incomprehensibly where, around either construction, or non-working hotels and the road! In general, 4 * is not here! The only plus is the guide Aziz! Many thanks to him for helping to resolve the situation and moved us to a wonderful hotel!
