We arrived at 10 am, sailed at once. Probably because it was April 30 and the hotel was open for only 2 days, the people were catastrophically small of 5 floors, inhabited only the first. Since the hotel opened two days ago, we have seen the development of all its infrastructure.
Settled in a room, the room is beautiful, clean, big. Except for the bath, but this is a standard problem of all hotels of this class (cheap plumbing), in general, everything is as usual, everything flowed, there was water on the floor, the drain was clogged, but we stabbed it with a knife and no more questions, air conditioners are individual and turn it on possible only when the balcony is closed (reasonable). The refrigerator worked poorly. There were no complaints about the room at all, the view was of new cottages built right on the mountain.
Except for the swamp between the hotel and this mountain, the view was gorgeous. Dining room - a room the size of a school gym + two rows of tables along the dining room on the street, in principle, even in high season when the hotel is full to sit where, but it seems to me that in summer there will be good queues in the dining room. And they said that's how it is. Food - not important, very meager choice of everything, especially meat, two types of soups, bread, too, little fruit - apples and oranges, although the first two days there were also local bananas (in Alanya there are whole plantations) In general you will not be hungry but on the 5th day everything was tired, the food was fresh.
The pool is good, the lobby is large (you know what I'm talking about : ) , beer is weak, maybe I don't know everything at first, the staff is friendly, aggression was not observed, the staff was treated very severely, it was so interesting in the first two days the waiters went and offered drinks familiarly, in the dining room you can not take them, they bring but when the hotel was added to the people, the familiarity ended immediately, they did not have time to run and collect dirty plates, in the end they went for drinks themselves. Juice-type drinks are specific chemistry, they are poured from large barrels of concentrate and then diluted with water. Sauna is paid in addition to the windows from 13.00 to 13.30 and 19.00-19.30
